Very easy to navigate web site.
Ordered board for model N811 norcold fridge. Nothing on the site said anything about 2 different board possibilities. Ovcourse I got the wrong one. Returned it yesterday via USPS. I am waiting on a credit to my debit card.

The web based parts system doesn't work well at all. Even when I have the manufacture proper nomenclature and part number the part is not found.
I would like to use the web based system so I can shop and order after hours but the site is only a frustration.
