I have a small 1 man shop that repairs tarps, awnings and custom canvas, so I do a lot of work on campers and motor homes in the Quad Cities and I am so glad I found PPL, they have resources to get what I need and the customer service is unmatched, they have went above and beyond with every interaction I have had with them from general inquiries to orders, every one has always been helpful. The best part is they make my shop look great. I believe that businesses grow based on reputation and having rock solid customer service, the "value added" factor on this company is great. I know I sound like I work there, but I don't. I believe that when a company does something right they deserve to hear about it.
Again, thank you PPL for the excellent customer service, it is nice to know that there are still business that see how valuable customer service and relationships are. There is no reason for me to ever look anywhere else for parts or supplies any more, I found that great vendor that "gets it" in regards to understanding what it take to satisfy a customer. Good job.
Needed a gas regulator valve for a hot water heater. Customer service identified the correct part and had it shipped to me.

Your Dicor epdm glue is only for wood surfaces. Most RV's have a metal radial corner along the top ridge. You should offer or suggest a glue for this surface. I called you about it & was told just to wrap it over & secure it under the awning rail. This might be ok but I think most people still would want to glue it, including me. I'm also doing my roof in sections, not one entire piece. The kit I ordered has nothing to both, seal & secure the sections together across the roof.

Easy&convient tried to follow package through tracking info provided, could not, didn't worry I was in no hurry needed unit by late Febuary. Was pleased to see paaackagee delivered on 12/31/14.
Parts department was very helpful in clearing up questions concerning what part numbers I needed to replace awning arms.
Parts were in stock, priced right. Delivery arrived on schedule, packaged securely for protection during shipping. Everything necessary to complete the repair was included. I would certainly consider PPL for future orders.
This is were I received the best price on a Norcold Refrigerator 1210 IM so I made the order and paid with my credit card and the sales person said I should receive it within three days ( ordered it on Monday@ 2:00 P.M. and received it on Tuesday@ 3:00P.M.) unbelievable shipping great to deal with
I made an online order during Christmas rush, due to a sale they had on the unit I needed, and not in a hurry for the delivery but it was in my hands three days after Christmas. It arrived without any shipping damage to my doorstep.
