Employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was very quick as promised. Product was was exactly what I wanted and at the best price I could find.
It showed up fast. I will put the water heater in when i get the new wood paneling cut and in place. It was packaged well and as described. This is a nice upgrade for my 1976 camper, it fit where the old water heater was located.
Seamless ordering experience gps received was in a box that had been opened and gps worked for 30 minutes and then shut down. Could not get it to restart. Called ppl and they sent a rma tag and shipping label. Replacement gps was sent out the next day and it is just fine so far. Good customer service.

Ordering online was easy and Customer service was excellent. The product wasn't in the warehouse when I ordered it but customer service employees did excellent followup. I received the Franklin Chef microwave by Fed X this week. The product appears to be as it was described and arrived in good shape. This is the second time I have ordered from PPL Motorhomes and I would recommend this company as prices are competitive and service is very good.
Easy to navigate and complete order. Shipping time was great. Much faster than expected.
Too bad I'm not in the market for a motorhome/trailer.
