PPL had an EXCELLENT sales price for the Atwood water heater I needed. However, when your site states "same day shipping if ordered before 2 p.m., that is when I believed the unit would be shipped. This was on a Friday. I called back Monday and was told it was "on the truck" and would be "moving" on Tuesday.
Please change your shipping statement on your ordering page. It is misleading. I did, however, receive the unit a day earlier than expected, so overall, happy with my purchase. Thanks...

Ordered the furnace on the 2nd, received it from Texas to Washington state on the 8th (estimated arrival date) and had it installed and running on the 9th. Can't ask for anything better than that.
