Researched on line for the best price for SMI Air Force One RV Braking system and PPL had the lowest price and very reasonable shipping. It beat the next lowest price web site with free shipping. The product came as ordered and in a short time framer that I was very surprised. Great Job PPL
I am very pleased with your company, great prices, I have purchased from you before and was very happy. The only negative thing happened was when I asked a question about the hitch I purchased the lady on the phone provided some erroneous information about the product. She stated that the model I was buying I would have to unhook the trunnion bars if I was going to back up the trailer. I thought that was strange and I contacted the manufacturer Progress Mfg. And spoke with them directly, they told me you could backup with this hitch no problem. I read the brochure from Progress Mfg. About the hitch and the way it is written I understand why she thought you could not back up with this hitch, so please do not take my comments against your employee, you have great prices, fast delivery, and I will purchase from you anytime I need something RV related. Thank you!

After I decided on the SMI Air Force One dinghy braking system, I shopped around for the best price. PPL had a special going that was $120 lower then any other price I could find. With their fast shipping, I had my new braking system in less then a week. They are now on my short list of shopping favorites.
