The product is just fine, but it didn't come any wiring instructions. Not a bad thing. I looked it up an every thing is ok.
We ordered a new toilet on a Tuesday. We received it on Thursday which was great until we realized a part was missing. First thing Friday morning, I contacted your company. I was told they would send immediately. By the following Tuesday we had not received it so I called the company again. The next day I received an email that the part was sent. Saturday we received a package from your company with the wrong part. We've now had the toilet setting in our living room for 9 days! We finally made a special trip to town to purchase the part so we could get the new toilet installed.
We were quite disappointed in the service.
The onan generator carburetor was a great price. It was new and worked great. It was also shipped pretty quick.

Heater is good quality and price was lower than what I had seen elsewhere. Delivery was reasonably quick.
Great experience online, order went smooth, shipping was fine and the unit itself seems ok but a plastic piece inside the water outlet is broken. This piece is inside the water connection and therefore could not have been broken during shipping and to be fair probably didn't happen at PPL but nevertheless I have to figure out how to resolve this instead of install my new water heater and go camping.

I ordered an electric step motor and gearbox set for my class A motor home and it arrived very quickly. When I was installing it, there was also a new and different electric control unit. Because the manual covers several models and makes reference to "certain older models"' I was unsure if I actually had to use the new one. A quick call to PPL and the service representative immediately knew the answer was "yes", but also explained the new and different technology. A very good experience.

Product is great. Did not know that UPS was being used for shipping and gave my PO Box for shipping adress. Due to UPS' tracking site giving bad information, I wasn't aware that the package was being sent back. Contacted PPLMotorhomes and informed them of the situation and problem was handled. Package arrived the day after it was resent to me. I think that the parts dept. employees should be made aware that they can't ship to a PO Box address.
Item returned, expected to arrive your return department 11/8/17. I am asking for
A full refund including the large expense for UPS return. Because of the malfunction
Right out of the carton I was unable to collapse the ladder and place it back in the
Carton I received it in. The additional size of carton required for shipping it back
Greatly increased my cost.

Called your parts number and unfortunately you sales person was not able to find the part I needed, said that you didn't have it. Luckily my son was able to do a search himself on your online store and found the part within minutes. We then ordered them and they came quickly and they are exactly what we needed.
I ordered a thetford toilet to replace my aging rv toilet it came as described and works perfectly the only complaint I would have is all those styrofoam peanuts I realize they provide a good safe packing material but they are a mess there must be an alternative other than that I am very satisfied quick service.
