PPL had the part that I was look for. No other RV dealer could help. When I need an RV part, PPL will be the first place I will shop.
Shocking, excellent service I ordered a car dolly and other items on a Wednesday and had a call from the trucking outfit to set a time for a delivery on Monday. Everything arrived in good shape and I can't believe the fast service. We live in rural Vermont.
I placed an order and it was lost by the shipper. Called PPL and told them what happened. PPL shipped another overnight. That means alot to me and I will shop with them from now on. You can't beat great customer service these days.

Easy to install on a grand design pre wired trailer. Took under 15 minutes and the sync was as easy as turning the power on.

I ordered a 5 gallon chassis mounted propane tank from PPL Motor Homes. Without a doubt, they offered the best price on this product that I could find, by a lot. However, I would have gladly paid more for it if it would have meant the tank would have been packed with care. I was shocked at how poorly this thing was sent to me. Imagine a horizontally oriented propane tank standing on its side (the mounting bracket) with no protection. Literally the tank's mounting bracket resting on the cardboard, resting on the ground. There is a trail of holes where the mounting bracket bolt punctured the cardboard each time the box was picked up and set down. Floating freely in the oversized box were 4 styrofoam pieces that filled less than 50% of the empty space in the box around the tank. So the tank was basically flopping around in this empty box, which meant that the box collapsed on itself when the delivery folks grabbed it and picked it up. The box was in tatters by the time it reached my doorstep, and it's *not* the fault of the delivery folks. A well-packaged box would not have had this problem. Now I am in the awkward position of doubting whether my tank is fit for use. Ultimately, I have to take time out of my day to bring it to a professional to inspect it and test whether the tank is operational and safe. This thing is supposed to hold and dispense highly pressurized flammable gas. Who in their right mind would approve such half-assed packaging?

Order got her fast and was packed well. The put the little items in with the sat dish which I liked. One less box to get rid of!

Not happy with high 20% fee for returned items, especially high value items. Delivery was very quick direct from manufacturer.
We previously bought a new toy hauler from Camping World. We were on our vacation, only the second time using our RV, when the water heater circuit board went out. We were in North Carolina where the weather was cold and the water heater only worked off propane. Called several camping world dealers in the area and none of them stocked the part. Now this is a brand new RV under warranty. Called PPL and had the new update part and had the part shipped overnight to my next destination. The did a awesome job and saved our vacation.
