Had a technical issue with first unit received on Monday here it is on Wednesday and the the replacement works flawlessly.

Order was delivered with the mounting gaskets missing, I called your parts department and talked to Dan. He promised they would arrive the next day and they did! Gotta love when they "Say what they do and do what they say" Fred's RV Services

We found exactly what we were looking for. We were worried that because our camper is so old, that it would be impossible to find the replacement water heater. No more cold showers or boiling water to do dishes!
We will be checking your site for any other items that we may need.

Their online site currently doesn't allow you to order from Canada which hopefully will be fixed soon. Otherwise their phone sales person was very helpful and completed the sale. Very pleased with their service.

I ordered a much needed part late one Friday evening knowing it would probably not get shipped until Monday. But on Wednesday I still didn't have a tracking number I called to see what happened. They told me it was "on it's way". Later that night I checked number again and it was now at the post office in Houston. So it took three days to get out of their store?

We were having a difficult problem with our motor-home batteries not staying charged. Finally got it figured out and ordered the converter. Easy install and batteries are now staying charged. Your patience and understanding in this matter greatly appreciated.

They had the best price for a B&W turnover ball gooseneck hitch I could find for my 2015 Ram 2500. It shipped fast also. I would recomend PPL Motor Homes to anyone. A+

I NEEDED A PART FOR MY WASHER /DRYER AND THEY HAD IN STOCK AND I GOT IT A FEW DAYS. I CHECK OTHER RV STORE THEY DIDN"T HAVE THE PART OR THEY WANTED TOO MUCH FOR IT. IF IT NEED ANYTHING FOR MY RV I WILL CALL THEM AGIAN

PPL came thru quickly when I replaced both my roof top air conditioners and thermostat in my motorhome. I received the units in 4 days. PPL's price was over $800 less than Camping World.
