Very easy to find what I needed and customer service was great when I called to find a tracking number for it's arrival, they called me back and gave me it but also told me when to expect it. I would purchase from them again..

Great and easy

I ordered a coleman Park Pack 120Volt 13,700BTU AC unit. Upon opening it we found it to be damaged. PPL did call me to sat they would reimburse use and take it back. We are still waiting for return confirmation.

Purchased a hot water tank, installed it, and it worked for about 10 minutes. Just called customer service and after a 45 minute wait, was told to contact the manufacturer of the hot water tank not PPL, who sold the defective part to me. I'm beyond frustrated. Buyer beware!

I called to order a part for my RV. I would have given 5 stars had I not had to wait on hold for 15 minutes to talk to someone. They are that busy!
