Just what I was looking for and the price was right.

Easy to navigate and find the proper information - More photos would be helpful (inside and back of unit) but not critical

Usually merchandise quality is very good, however the dicor rock coating can I received were all banged up and had some kind of unknown tab on top bonding the lid with the can.

Ordered a ladder. Got it in 4 days

Ordered four gallons of roof coating. With the help of the rep I was able to order the correct amount. The package arrived ahead of schedule but two of the gallons leaked. Called back and spoke with the same rep. Explained the problem and emailed a few pics for verification. Within two days two gallons were in shipping to me. Great customer service and great prices. Will do business again.

I've ordered before. I did receive the products in time for what I needed and they worked great. When contacting the parts department for a period of over a week I received conflicting answers. I think an improved training program and better internal communication tools may fix that. I will order again when I need parts I can't get locally because your prices are very reasonable. Thank you.

I received the item and it either is faulty or works to well. I connected it and my power went off like every five minutes. I disconnected and called this morning asking to return it.
