STRAIGHT FORWARD; NO HASSELS, good customer care
You all tricked me, and you did it intentionally. You advertised the smart tote 'premium' model for $99.00. When I click on the video, it describes the smart tote 2 LX (like I'm supposed to notice this difference), and then at the very end of the video mentions there's another old version. Well you got me to order it and I get the old 2 wheel version, and now the cost of restocking and shipping make it too expensive to return.
Trick me once, shame on you, trick me twice shame on me. I've ordered from you before, but not again.
