I've had an amazing experience with PotteryBarn Kids. I purchased a floor lamp with glass shades from them and accidentally shuttered one of the shades myself a couple of months later. I wrote to the customer support asking if I could purchase these shades, but they instead sent me a set of shades for free, knowing it was my fault. If I can count on them standing behind their products to that extent I'll keep buying from them for sure. Thanks PotteryBarn, great job!
Ordered a new backpack for my daughter in early August. The shipping date kept moving back until it eventually arrived in early November. The design was really cute and she loved it so I was ok with the wait, but then after two weeks (of light use by a first grader) one of the straps just completely tore and keeps getting worse. I'm kicking myself for assuming better quality. It should be a major red flag that they don't seem to have reviews on their site. Definitely never purchasing from them again.
I've ordered many PB Kid products and been very happy with everything. Their dressers in particular are better made than items I bought in Wayfair that looked similar. I've been happy with the Blackout drapes, crib sheets, kids bedding, pillows, lunch boxes, and backpacks over the past 5 years. I've even made mistakes ordering monogrammed items and they've returned them even though they can't resell them. That said. Their shopping experience is a pain. The website has few filters and no reviews. Hitting the back button starts your search all over again. I often have issues applying promo codes or reward certificates. Calling customer service is a pain and hold times are slow. Shipping times are also slow, and are often 2-4 weeks for delivery. The unique and aesthetically pleasing items keep me coming back but I hate using their website.
I have 10 nieces and nephews. 10. With birthdays and holidays I never know what to get them. I went to a friends house once and they had this chair for their kid with his name on the back. I thought it was pretty cool. Turns out they got it from Pottery Bark Kids. So for the next year, every birthday of one of my nieces or nephews I got them a Pottery Barn kids chair with their name on it. They loved it, the parents loved it, it was easy to order, and I came out looking really good. Kids love stuff with their names on it and Pottery Barn makes it so easy to make that happen in their Personalization Shop.
I love the products sold by Pottery Barn Kids. I have ordered my children's bed and some playing stuffs from here. The products are really good. Enough sophisticated, aesthetic and adorable for your child. I am satisfied with their product, But a bit of problem regarding shipping time and cost. Hope they will overcome it, and will buy again.
I love everything they have and I love to look at catalogs and fantasize but lets face it, they are outrageously expensive and i cannot afford them :(
I love the products sold by Pottery Barn Kids. I have only ordered a few things from this website, though, because the shipping is kind of expensive and they rarely offer free shipping on items I am interested in. I ordered my son's bedding from this website as well as some storage buckets. I have been very happy with the quality of the products but wish they would offer more coupon codes or free shipping!
