I think that every mom, before shopping, looks around the shops and checks what can be found in them. One of the many stores I visit is Popreal. I can always find wonderful clothes at low prices. Thanks to this I have a guarantee that my crib looks like a princess. I can not make a model from it. In the end, it's up to each of us that our kids do not lack anything. I would recommend!

For two and a half years, they promise to refund me after sending their clothes back. I have records of everything. Please report them, if you have trouble. They are stealing your money. Lied about the time frame to receive items, they were 5 months late. Promises to refund did not. Sending out emails, how sorry they are... Complete fraud. Poor quality and size are all wrong. They write their own 5-star reviews are themselves. They wrote. They take your money and hope you go away. It is a complete fraud operation. Do not\\buy... Beware. I will report them asap. If you need information. Contact me here so we all can report them for fraud and for felony.

I ordered a dress for an event and the site said it would arrive in 5 - 7 business days. 11 days later, they didn't even have the dress shipped yet. I completed the online form to cancel the order. They replied in an email asking me to be patient. I replied to the email and immediately received a Sender Failure Notice. There is no phone number listed on their customer service site. This is a horrible company to work with and would recommend that everyone spend their money on a reputable site.

I ordered three outfits from this company 5-5-19 and paid for the 5 day shipping. I still haven't received the items and they are claiming it's on way and offering coupons to order additional items. I paid over $75 and they are also offering me $5 cash back but no items. When did that become fair and logical? And the response time is horrible too.

It has been 3 weeks since I purchased a couple of items. Received en email on the 26th of October saying that the item has been shipped with a tracking number. However as per the tracking number, the item has been received by courier on the 30th of October. Still not sure where these items are and when I will receive them
Have raised the issue with paypal requesting a refund

I just ordered my daughter a dress for Christmas and I accidentally ordered The wrong color I wanted it from pink to red and I said at least five or more emails message them on Facebook and I keep getting a response from an automatic machine saying that they will reach back to me one of the messages said that they are on vacation and will be back soon what kind of crap is that how are you on vacation your a business you don't get vacation either respond or cancel my package order number: P******* I don't want to be waiting two months to receive a package that's ridiculous you guys need to get this fixed

I ordered almost month ago even if I chose express delivery for extra charge.
I think doesn't really matter what shipping method I choose because they gonna send really slow anyways!'
I couldn't believe people wrote here for nice experience.
I can't not believe that someone can happy about this site.
I think this site scam!

I made several purchases around Christmas 2018. Popreal charged me twice for the same order. I emailed them immediately to make the correction in December. They promised to do so and now after numerous emails - no refund as of 7/22/19. So I've been cheated out of $140. I'm not happy and will NEVER EVER shop there again!

I was about to purchase some of those gorgeous items, but I had to check the reviews before I throw out my money. The dresses looks so cute but the comments scare me. It is upsetting to purchase item and not receiving them.

Im not one to be easily fooled, but with the professional look of their website and adorable products, I was absolutely swindled. Its been over a month and I havent received any communication from PopReal. Not a response to my emails, phone calls; not even an order confirmation! Im really disappointed as I loved the dress for my daughter, but after reading the other reviews, it looks as if it probably would have been poorly made anyway. Im canceling the order today. Hopefully this review will prevent others for falling for their act.

First, I tried entering a coupon as I was the first time?, And it did not go through. I contacted the company immediately, and they told me they were unable to help me. I asked for a refund, and they refused. Then, only 1/2 my order arrived, 1 month after I ordered it. I emailed asking about the other half, and was told it was shipped, and that I should ask my neighbors if they saw it. As if someone took it off my porch. I asked Julia for a tracking number so I can contact the USPS, and was given a number that is not legitimate. I asked again and received the same number. The post office told me I need either a customs number or number with letters in front of it, and without this I cant trackma package coming into the US. I emailed back-and-forth again, Julia told me she was not responsible for an order that was lost. Are you serious? Only one thing was of quality and fit, the other six items that did arrive are in poor condition, the colors have already bled on one another, and two do not fit. I still have yet to receive the rest of the order, and I paid something like $130 for everything. Thats an expensive cheap set I did get! Eek! Please beware of this company. I do not recommend you support them!

Recently I made an order in this fashion website. I was a present for my little cousin. I chose a dress that was really beautiful. The shipping worked on really fast and it really fitted her so she loved it. I was a wonderful experience, so I recommend it to everyone and I will make more shopping in it soon. Indeed, the prices are low.

Ordered January, still haven't received some items. And items arrived was in extremely poor quality, worse than anything, sizes are inconsistent. Same size some of them are big some of them 1/3 normal size.
Customer service is extremely bad. Asking return back to China. And not able to provide refund.
Don't buy from this site. You will be really disappointed.

It's sad how a company deceives! I ordered items for me and my daughter for our annual mommy/daughter trip months ago and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM!
I have made calls and no one has called bad. They are an AWFUL COMPANY!

I placed my order June 10th, 2018. Today is August 10th, 2018. I have tried contacting customer service at least 12 times. They continue to send me an automated message that repeats the samething over and over. It's a gerernal message not specified for the customer at all. Finally, I found a number and of course, they want you to leave a message and someone will contact you. So much bull$#*!!

I bought two matching popreal mother and daughter dresses, weeks after my order I got an email from popreal saying the daughter dress is out of stock permanently. I asked for a refund on both the mother and daughter dress since I have no use for the mother dress without its matching daughter dress. Popreal refused because they said they have already sent the mother dress (I still haven't received it yet)! Now I would have to wait for it to arrive then pay for shipping back to get a refund, which is not worth the cost. In my opinion if a customer has bought matching items that are part of a set, they should not be shipped until all those items become available. The items are even pictured together in photos as you can see from the screenshot I have uploaded.

Dealing with Popreal customer service has also been very frustrating and their English is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

I ordered two matching Minnie Mouse sets for my daughters as we are headed to Disney on Sept 8th. I placed my order on June 4th and just received it on July 27th nearly 2 months later. I could have dealt with the late arrival as there is still plenty of time before our trip; however, I only received one of the items that I ordered and instead of the matching outfit in the size I ordered I was shipped something that was completely different than what I ordered and in the wrong size. Since clearly this is not my error I expected the company would apologize for the inconvenience and want to rectify the situation as soon as possible in an effort to keep me as a customer. Instead of offering to ship me the item that I ordered and paid for they told me that I would have to ship the item that they sent that was incorrect and I would have to absorb the cost myself for the shipping and once they receive the item they will credit my Mastercard with the refund or I could reorder the item again and they would give me $10 off the cost of reordering the set(remember I already paid for my item and didn't receive what I ordered). I'm sorry but what Popreal should do is tell me to keep the item they sent in error as a courtesy for the inconvenience or at the very least send me a shipping label and send me the Minnie mouse set that I actually ordered and paid for with rush shipping so that it arrives in time for my trip. This was not my error it was your error so why should I have to pay anything extra? This was the first time and now the last time that I will order from this site. If you want to use a website that has super cute clothing at a great price that is still of quality and has a great customer service policy then look no further than Wish.com. I won't be using Popreal ever again and I will gladly share my negative experience all over my social media accounts. Julia was the customer service rep that left much to be desired.

I could do a better job myself, blindfolded. The bikini I ordered will go directly to the trash.
The fabric is not a bikini fabrik, thread threads hang out here and there and the lining is visible when wearing bikinin.

That it was a waste of time considering it is an online store. However I
Was quite surprised that they made everything so simple and enjoyable.
My order came to me in less than no time. This was followed by inquiries of how I liked it. I simply felt loved and appreciated. I will definitely hire again!

I ordered dresses for my daughter and I for Christmas the first week of November 2018, they just arrived this week. I paid $44 and they were willing to issue me a $12 credit. They did say if I shipped it back to China I could get a refund, but never disclosed the amount.
