I only received half of my order-never received an email telling me when my items would ship-no way to contact you i sent an email that was never responded to tried calling the customeer serice number listed above-called 5 times and was disconnected each time after the initial greeting so could never get an answer or leave a mesage-is this some kind of joke???

Hi pop real! I have same issue with my order P433794, every time i send an email claim, i am receiving same reply from customer service that my order will be processed and nothing happened since 21st october! 6 weeks already and these are christmas present and outfit, can i know if I can receive it before 15th december? If not i need to cancel and refund my money!
