Worst service ever
March 11, 2023

It took 35 minutes to get my order because not once did the girl check the take-out order rack to see if my order was on there. As a matter of fact,, some kid came in and I complained to him about how long I had been waiting AND HE CHECKED THE RACK and said here's your order.
The reason I'm complaining is because even after I told the girl my name and my order number she made no effort to even check the take-out order rack. Instead she turned around and walked away, it is people like this that will wreck a business. I know I'm not coming back

30 years ago, Al Copeland Senior did my father so dirty on a business deal that he should have burned Copelands headquarters (Clearview Pkwy) down. The beauty of the Popeyes chain is the batter, and a separate entity at that. Because of the batter, I remained a customer at Popeyes nationwide. Of course today, I visited the Slidell, La. Store on Gause Blvd. East, and as typical, the order was wrong. In fact, I can't recall an order ever being correct the hundreds of times I've been. I'm struggling with the general Popeyes customers as they all seem to think the chicken coop on the south side of the building is cute. My theory on cute, is for Popeyes to get my order right. Al Senior and Al Junior reaped wealth on a recipe. They too, have robbed me for 3 decades.

Bad manager

Disrespectful, racist, and horrible with their service. I will never come to this location again after what my family and I experienced. I was ordering 20 minutes before closing and she started being rude as soon as I ordered my food. Not only was she disrespecting me but also her employees. Not only that, but she made rude comments about me to her employees as if I was the problem. All of the costumers and the employees simply listened to the way she kept disrespecting everyone just because she didn't want to take an order. This night time manager simply acted as if she was frustrated she couldn't go home and it was completely out of hand. I hope they find a way to keep a better eye on their management and fix this issue.

I used the Popeye's App to order a meal on December 6th. While I made my way to the restaurant to pick it up, I had already received an email saying that due to a technical error, Popeye's will refund $28.43 that my credit card was charged. The restaurant obviously did not receive my order and helped me create a ticket. They asked me to pay the same amount again to order the meal I had ordered earlier. As I did not receive any further updates or responses from Popeye's for a week, I started writing to them asking for this refund. In spite of sending out at least 10 emails, which are either escalated to other Agents or the same Agent keeps telling me that the refund was processed on the same day and that I should contact my financial institution, I have yet to receive this refund. I fail to understand why a Bank needs to be contacted to release refunds sent by merchants. To say the least, this has really left a 'bad taste in the mouth' about this global company. I do not plan to ever purchase meals online or in store at this restaurant. What a nightmare!

Order is never right

This is a letter of complaint about your resturant located at 5020 E County Line Rd, Indianapolis, IN *******. I thoughly enjoy Popeye's an drive approx. 10 miles to visit a location. Tonight was th last time i will ever visit this particular store, in the past, my orders ahve always been the same, 3 piece all white with redbeans and rice. That being said, out of the last four trips, my order has not been correct, once i received a wing, leg and thigh as all white meat, tonight, it was one wing, one breast and a drumstick, not all white. Once after sitting in line at the drive thru, placing my order and arriving at the window, only to be told they were out of chicken, how that happens at a chicken place i don't understand. Always when you get to the drive thru window it seems as if the party is inside, pehaps you should have a regional manager pay a visit to the particular resturant.

Rude manager

On October 10,2022, at 5:45 p.m., I visited Popeyes' on W. Evans St. Your signs within the restaurant and your coupons do not disclose all the details clearly, or they are just merely a misrepresentation of taxes and what you are supposed to receive in a signature meal.

Customer service and professionalism, unfortunately, are terms that are now archaic, and the youth of today are unfamiliar with the meaning and the context of these words. After a hard day of work, I came to Popeye's for dinner only to be disappointed and annoyed once again. The display on the wall for the 2 pc signature box included 2 pieces of chicken, a drink, a dessert, and two sides. I did not receive my desserts, and management (Lee) refused to give it to me.

To add insult to injury, I was charged tax for a "free" meal with a coupon. This needs to be indicated on the receipt.

Your management needs to understand their businesses are closed without satisfied customers.

The customer is always right, and this manager's remarks were appalling and nonchalant. It is not a good look for your company.

Don't Listen

I went to Popeyes witn my father and sister. I was attended to by an employee who mumbled his questions, cut me off, and worst of all, I asked for a combo of four chicken and four biscuits. I leave, open the box, only to find THREE chicken and TWO biscuits.

'No breast for you.'

In the last 6 months, about half our visits to Popeyes in Fall River, MA resulted in orders that were shortchanged. On one occasion, the pies we paid for were not in the bag and I had to go back in again and wait in line a second time. On another occasion, one of the wings had broken bones. On another occasion, the cups of cajun rice were only half filled. And on the last visit, I recieved a wing instead of a breast in a 2-piece dinner, which means, yes, there were only two wings in the box. Because the takeout window is so small, its nearly impossible to look through all the bags for errors at point of pickup. The location has no drive thru. I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind getting less food than you paid for. Although the food is good, it can be pricy, making this problem most frustrating.

Unprofessional!

I went to hancock bdg pky for lunch on 10/12 after 2 not so good experiences I walk in and see the male mgr with his shirt halfway unbuttoned chewing gum in the kitchen! The he proceeded to flip one of the workers in the air in the kitchen then he does the GM! As if that wasn't enough two people are smoking there vapes while packing orders.the most unprofessional store I've ever seen. NEVE AGAIN!

I ordered a12 piece chicken box I got 1 breast the rest was legs,thighs and wings. I paid $52.00 for small pieces of chicken.
Won't buy anymore.

Terrible service

My coworker & I went there today & we waited for darn near an hour for our food. My coworker had to go inside to get when they told us they would bring it out yo us. They claimed they had to make fresh chicken but it definitely was not "fresh." Things were also missing from our order. TERRIBLE SERVICE! WILL NOT GO BACK! If I could give no stars then I would.

One of my experience is placing an order from Jersey Mikes through their app. Apparently they use Doordash for their delivery service. Jersey Mikes just happens to be less than a five minute drive from me but I had been preoccupied. The order never arrived. Called Jersey Mikes who stated I had to call Doordash and we went around in circles. I finally got Doordash to send another driver with another order which took another 45 minutes. The second time was ordering from Popeyes through their app. Apparently they also use Doordash for their delivery service. I was supposed to receive my order about 25 minutes later but it never arrived. About 45 minutes later, I got a call from the Doordash driver thinking he was calling Doordash corporate. He went on to tell me that he had been waiting in line for half an hour only to find out that the restaurant had closed. I got a call from Doordash support almost 3 hours later to tell me that they have a second driver waiting to pick up my order at Popeyes. Was I lied to? Why would they even attempt to deliver 3 hours later? I told them other arrangements had been made and to cancel the order. They did cancel as I received an email but could not or would not process the refund. Here I am being sent in circles trying to get a refund. Doordash is the absolute worst!

Very dry

Worst chicken ever so today I went to the Popeyes in Reno Nevada on Virginia St. The chicken was over cooked and very dry French fries dry dry dry n Not to mention the biscuits soooo darn dry and over cook pissed never again
