On any online order, you have it for 45 to an hour and a half long when the Dasher or GrubHub deliver or menu five or Uber eats comes in for the delivery. That means y'all had it too long due to the lack of staffing your staff members are lacking work Due to the fact that they want to do hand gestures to each other and dance moves with each other on their shift when you have a lobby full of customers managers on scene, but ain't doing nothing about nothing that's poor management.

The Popeyes in Ferguson, Missouri on Airport Road. Just need to stop and close down. I've given this place so many chances and they continue to disappoint. I ordered 23 piece signature chicken that comes with one leg one wing and one thigh. One box I got two wings in a leg the other box I got two wings and a thigh. The chicken inside was old and tough and the outside look like they had taken already done chicken and dropped it in old grease to make it appear fresh. There's feathers all over the wings. The chicken is dark, almost black burnt, and greasy. I want my money back.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on Friday, February 7, at approximately 11:13 AM at your Popeyes location at 161 Columbus, Ohio (Store #*******).

Upon entering the restaurant, I approached the counter and asked an employee if I could use the restroom. A young lady informed me that she would unlock it for me. As I returned to the counter, several employees were present, and one particular employee began handling containers in a way that seemed intended to get my attention. When I glanced at her name tag, she initiated a conversation, claiming that I knew her. I politely responded that I did not, but she proceeded to bring up her mother and insisted that I had been in a relationship with her over 35 years ago.

What followed was an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional interaction. This employee began making false statements about my past in front of the entire staff, attempting to start a disagreement with me over personal matters that had no place in a professional setting. I was completely humiliated, and none of the managers or other employees intervened to stop her. One employee did acknowledge that this was not the right place or time for such a discussion, but no one took steps to de-escalate the situation or address the employee's behavior.

As a loyal Popeyes customer who has frequented this location every Friday, I was deeply embarrassed by this experience. I expect a restaurant to be a welcoming and professional environment, not a place where personal matters are publicly aired in an inappropriate and degrading manner. Due to this incident, I will never return to Popeyes again.

I urge you to address this unacceptable behavior immediately. No customer should have to endure such humiliation, and employees should be trained to conduct themselves professionally, especially in a customer-facing role. I hope Popeyes takes the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Believe it or not I went inside of Popeyes I ordered two piece snack a breast and a thigh mild I got my order went to the car the breast and thigh was spicy I took it back they gave me two more pieces I went back to the car the breast wasn't done I took it back they gave me two more pieces they gave me a breast and wing I took it back the thigh was spicy again I don't think that I should have went in that place those many time

**Poor Service and Missing Items at Popeyes in Starkville, MS**

I recently visited the Popeyes location in Starkville, MS, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was the service slow, but I also didn't receive all the items that were supposed to come with my order.

First of all, the wait time was excessively long, even though there weren't many customers in the restaurant. I waited for what felt like an eternity before my order was finally ready. When I got home and checked my food, I realized that some of the items I had ordered and paid for were missing. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after waiting so long for my food.

It's really disappointing to experience such poor service and to not receive the complete order. I hope that the management at this location takes note of this and makes improvements to both their service and order accuracy.

They have a guy named Wyatt I ordered a drink he didn't asked if it was frozen or chilled and then he proceeded to to make a comment at the drive thru like we weren't welcomed there everytime he's there ours order isn't right no forks with orders

The chicken is alright but i can't believe they charge for a small asa buffalo sauce, nothing out of the ordinary, same ones they give you free at
Jack in the box, KFC, Chick Fillet, any fast place! Not to mention if you want another flavor they charge you for a tiny container 80 cents! Every place i've gone to get chicken they throw in any kind of sauce and some even biscuits! Especially if you'r buying more than 10 pieces! Popeye Chicken is gritty stingy!

Save your money, There is a good reason why so many people leave bad reviews for popeyes because the food and service is horrible.

The service that work's at the cash register are very I'm mature. They said bad comment while I was in restroom. Then while eating they were calling me disrespectful names so I'm never going back to them again in Pocono Summit.

They sold me a chicken breast with no meat just the bone was cooked not bad enough the rice and beans well rice was not cooked at all very hard. When I called it store they were rude about it. Told me to come back I did and they didn't know what I was talking about. To add insult to injury I never recouped my 20 dollar meal. So I won't go back and I tell everyone what they did I know I've stopped at least 30 more from going so that was satisfying. Never will I go back to any Popeyes EVER! I hope they choke on my chicken and the CEO loses millions! A big thumbs down y'all don't go! I will stop all my friends and family and I have big family from going there or any one of them. How do you only cook the breast bone and not notice? How? Crazy story but true! Do not eat there. The plaza is most irresponsible store I've ever seen by far.

I've been to Popeyes 4 times on 170St & 100Ave, good food but can't get an order right if their life depended on it… PLUS, the speaker wasn't working so I ordered right at the window! AND she still screwed up the order…. I gave this restaurant a fair chance, but will NOT BE going back to them E V E R again…

First of all Wheeling Popeyes chicken needs to hire competent supervisors. Place an order for two chicken sandwiches only get home find three pice dark meal I don't even eat dark meat at all. I called the number on the receipt for one hour in a half for them to keep hanging up. So I ended up returning and she was disrespectful so I left before I got in trouble without any chicken. Hire better. Will not return to this store again.

I went to Popeyes in chester,VA.on Saturday Nov.2nd onJefferson davis and the food was awful,restaurant dining area dirty,had to take chicken back to counter n got more it was disgusting,I contacted corporate office,to many young workers and not caring

There is a Popeye on Howard st and Damen Ave., Rogers Park in Chicago. That place has the most unkept, unclean employees I have ever seen. You can stand there hours with no end and they ignore your being there. I was there today 10-31-24 around 6:15. I was standing there for almost 25 minutes and I had to leave. No service, totally ignore. There were about 5 visible employees. That place is nasty, dirty, untrained employees and horrible service, not to mention with an attitude. That restaurant needs to be shut down by the city sanitation. Will never go there ever again.

Love, love, loved Popeye's but not anymore. 6 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 2 biscuits came to $41.00. They no longer do the meals without the sodas so each you have to pay for everything a la cart or they force you into purchasing a meal that now has 2 sides, a biscuit and a soda. Either way you are getting screwed. Idk if its this particular restaurant but the batter recipe tasted different and the chicken used to be crispy. Now its crispy and greasy. We were both sick to our stomachs after eating and will NEVER eat there again. What a shame, I guess era of eating awesome chicken is over.

I ordered delivery from popeyes & I was missing items. Got thighs instead of breasts. So we order pickup & check our food & sides were missing & again thighs no breasts. Go to get a refund & they say they have been out of breasts & just changing out for thighs. Thing is breasts cost more than thighs & scamming customers & being dishonest is a terrible way to treat people. 0 They admitted they are not telling customers & still taking orders for breasts. All I got were thighs. Maybe they were also out of other chicken. Poor & dishonest service

Way too expensive not worth it! Too salty franchise own by certain people are Rude as hell very disrespectful people. Too salty I was given hard biscuits chicken wayyy salty I called to report I was supposed to get credited I gave information store location. There were a lot of irate customers that day place was filthy. I never got credited they were worse I choose never to go to POPEYES ever again i.told my friends and family they know that was my favorite place not again cooperate did me wrong!
