The website was not working correctly and the status of the order was difficult to follow but the price and availability were good and made the whole transaction acceptable.

The only problem I had was the light I purchased mentioned you can buy different color face plates than those provided with the light. I searched the site and couldn't find them.

Delivery seemed to take too long. Ordered product on the 18th, it arrived on the 30th. The trucking company said Poolwarehouse did not pass along the right phone number with which to contact me..

Ordering was easy,shipment arrived quickly. Ordered a 3 in 1 bumper pool/poker table,arrived without the leg levelers,I called customer service and they sent them out promptly. Very happy with table!

Recieved my kit a few days and planning on getting it set up before summer. When I called for updates pool warehouse happily obliged. Would definitely recommend

Easy, but no way to track my order! Just cross your fingers. It showed up without any knowledge that it was even shipped. Still pleased though.

You guys were great. FedEx was the problem. We had a difficult time finding out where our table was, then getting it delivered.
