Ordered a 28 round pool cover received a 24 ft and a 28 box pool already shut down now setting said they would put a rush on my order been waiting 3 days.

Crappy products, want to help after you complain, not when you need it. BUY ELESWHERE! They do not care. They take full advantage of people and this review is shared feelings by many according to the Better Business Bureau.

The pools are junk and horrible to install with 3 page generic for any type pool instructions.They drop your account and email after delivery and they have zero customer service. Zero. No answer. No call back. No nothing. Buyer beware, don't use this company.

I purchased a pool cover for my pool this year around the March time frame. Unfortunately the cover has disintegrated within 6 months. It was explained to me they won't replace the cover with their warranty because it's "not covered under these circumstances". We are very careful with our covers and usually get a full season, sometimes two, but to not even get one is a joke. We live in a high heat climate but this shouldn't be a factor on longevity of life. If you're reading this please be very careful purchasing products from this company, because, clearly they don't stand behind their products.

We bought a 1200 series solar blanket in May '22. It was so flimsy, we had to be extremely cautious handling. We have had many covers over the last 31 years. 1st cover lasted 7or 8 years. This was the worst. It disintegrated down 3 straight lines the length of cover. It was not caused by chemicals or sunlight or heat, or the whole cover would have been damaged. The company would not budge on warranty. Manufacturing quality has went down hill in this country over the years, this is just another example.

We purchased a filter and motor in June 2021. By December 2022 both products have substantial pin hole leaks in the casings of the filter and the metal casing on the motor. As the warranty has expired, the company will not do anything.

I bought 2 solar heaters for my above ground pool and even after 3 wks it's not even getting hot a little bit. I called the company and they says not enough sun. It has at least 6 hrs of sun and no hot even in the pool hose after running through this heater.
This firm is cheating customers as they don't send the return label when the item is not working. Do not trust this company. You can buy from your local store and return the item with no cost for shipping if it doesn't work!

Do NOT buy from these crooks! I puchased a liner on 6/7/2023 and installed 6/30/23 once I installed and filled these holes appeared! Contacted support and since it's not in the seam they want cover it! Not even a 30 day warranty is bull$#*!!

I purchased a Merlin cover from Poolsupplies.com, where they made me sign off on a drawing and yet they didn't deliver the correct cover. Poolsupplies washed their hands of it and pointed me to Merlin Industries where they are of no help either. I paid Poolsupplies.com yet they refer me to their distributor! This is no way to do business and would highly recommend to NEVER use Poolsupplies.com or Merlin Industries. I paid of $5,000 for the cover!

We ordered a lake effect above ground pool and an rx clear radiant sand filter from pool supplies.com. About a month into our second season the valve on the top of the filter starting leaking, water would run out of the waste port while using the recirculate mode. On top of being incapable of helping me identify the gasket inside the multiport valve, they also refused to cover the valve under warranty because it is a mechanical item. Poolsupplies.com is a great place to buy cheap junk at low prices but don't expect any help down the road.

I only bought 2 things from them. One was small and the other was the solar pool cover for about $200 or so. I bought the more expensive one because they say how great it is. Well, it lasted less than a year. That's less than a cheaper one I bought before this. This cover started cracking and now it's making a mess in the pool. I notified them when it first started cracking and they asked me to send photos. So I went out to my pool and did that. After I sent them the photos and a summary, they responded with nothing. They said they weren't going to do anything for me. I'll never buy from them again. So it's not a 1 star because at least they did respond to me but they don't stand behind their products and to me, that's not ok.

The above-ground pool filter system I purchased less than a year ago has defective parts, and they will not stand behind any warranty. The prices are enticing, but the quality is less than adequate. The initial order took two months and 5 shipments to get it corrected. In the end, the product did not even last 1 year, so pay the extra money, and you might get quality products, and a reputable company that stands behind their product. When inquiring about the warranty, the personnel quickly shifted to an accusatory stance, saying it was not a problem in their product, but offered a host of techniques to put a Band-Aid on the problem, as if they had experience with these problems in the past. Consumers should never have to jerry-rig anything to overcome faulty workmanship, and this is exactly what Jim for PoolSupplies.com suggested. To that end, stay away from this company!

We ordered a winter cover with a 5 year warranty. After 1 year, the material basically disintegrated, the seams ripped and huge holes were the result. After sending several pictures to customer service, we were told those issues are not covered under warranty. We made several requests for management or owner to contact us and have been repeatedly ignored. We have been long term customers, but not after this. Why post warranty if it is really non existing?

Got a catalog in Mid April. In large print it says Expires 5/15/21 but that was only for free shipping. Really, really, really small print hidden on back cover of catalog says prices valid through 05/01/21. No joke the font is super small and I need my readers to see it. I called to order in pool steps but sale price ended. Who mails a catalog with only two weeks of sales? This company is a joke. They offer free shipping all the time but put an expiration date to fool you in to thinking sales are good until that date. Avoid this company and shop online to find better deals.

Placed a first time ever $500+ order with this company and have a problem with one of the products and cannot get any help. I have tried multiple times by email and phone and I guess nobody is going to get back to me. I have tried calling and nobody answers and it eventually (after waiting on the line for over 15 minutes) goes to a full mailbox so no messages can be left. Horrible customer service! Lesson learned, you have lost this customer... never again.

Poor customer service. On hold for 20 minutes only to be pushed through and then told mailbox is full. I am trying to let them know that a 50 lb. container or chlorine was listed as delivered by Fedex and it wasn't. I filed claim with Fedex and they indicated shipper has to file claim. The rest of my order has been moved around with respect to Fedex delivery dates. I realize most of this is Fedex fault but to have your mailbox be full when calling customer service? Unacceptable. I want to cancel the order now because they chose Fedex which is the worst shipper around. I needed these chemicals yesterday and have no idea if they are coming or when because Fedex is awful. Who needs this frustration?

I bought a pool cover from pool supply.com (but at the the time it was blizzard pool covering). I bought a 20 x 40 pool cover in 2021. It had a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately there pool covers are of low quality and develop multiple leaks under normal conditions of use.

This is a shell game business scam that flies under the radar of state business registation for purposes of skating on apportionment obligations. Completely rebuilt my Kayak pool and purchased all items from poolsupplies.com I ordered the liner in April of 2017 and installed in the pool June 2017. Immediately I noticed a square shaped seam that was not supposed to be in the liner and was told by a representative, there was nothing they could do about this. The liner was a very colorful Caribbean Style. Within only 3 months of use, the color is completely gone from the liner. When I contacted them, they stated this particular style does fade quickly and fading is not covered under warranty. #1, why would they not tell me this would fade? #2 who wants to order any liner that will not make it through 1 summer without losing ALL it's color?

The do not work with you and do not care if you are a satisfied customer or not. I will tear my pool down before I will ever order a single item from these people again!
