Completely rebuilt my Kayak pool and purchased all items from poolsupplies.com I ordered the liner in April of 2017 and installed in the pool June 2017. Immediately I noticed a square shaped seam that was not supposed to be in the liner and was told by a representative, there was nothing they could do about this. The liner was a very colorful Caribbean Style. Within only 3 months of use, the color is completely gone from the liner. When I contacted them, they stated this particular style does fade quickly and fading is not covered under warranty. #1, why would they not tell me this would fade? #2 who wants to order any liner that will not make it through 1 summer without losing ALL it's color?

The do not work with you and do not care if you are a satisfied customer or not. I will tear my pool down before I will ever order a single item from these people again!

I was dissatisfied with a product, wanted to send it back, they accepted to take it back at my expense. They refused to give me a return label, $58 UPS to ship back, $30 restocking fee, I only paid $89 for the product. Guess I'm stuck with it and they win. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, CAN'T BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT.

If you have a pool and need supplies from that company do not buy from this company. Case in point. I bought a pool cover from this people in August of 2020. It was put on my pool during closing in October of the same year. It was held down by bungee cords. When my pool was just opened in May I noticed tears along the edges of the cover. I called Pool Supplies about this. They asked how was the cover held in place. I told them. They said the 5 year warranty was invalid because I did not use water bags. I was never told this when I purchased said cover. These people have a smug attitude when dealing with people like me who do not have a lot of money and expect to be treated fairly. Do not buy from pool supplies.com their word means nothing.

I have ordered several pool products from this site and I am extremely happy with all of them. Pool liner cleaner works awesome. Great price on solar covers... ordered a solar heater this year I am going to install soon! Best prices I have found...

I am not sure what I am most irritated about, the fact that my estimated delivery date was three days ago and when I called to ask where my order is the woman sounded like I just woke her up from a nap and really didn't care that my order hadn't shipped yet. It would not be shipped until Monday... She said she did not know why it hadn't shipped. My last order was $600.00 plus, last summer I spent thousands, this order was $190 plus. So looks like I have to wait and see if it arrives next week. My pet peeve is too many people today take zero amount of pride in their work and still expect to be paid. No compensation was mentioned. Looks like I need to look for another pool supply company for my next order.

Called to order a new filter and automatic cleaner for our pool for the holiday weekend, was told everything would work... received the cleaner and the filter, set everything up and the filter was not powerful enough to power the cleaner, called and was told by 2 people "sorry there's nothing we can do for you" at this point I was highly irritated and asked for a manager, she said she was sorry but the only thing they could do was get me a bigger filter and I pay the difference. I paid the difference and was told it will be 2 day delivery... got the email from fedex and it will be an entire week before I receive the new filer! Thank you poolsupplies.com for completely ruining my family's holiday weekend! I will never use this company ever again! They're extremely rude and completely untrustworthy!

Although I saw many negative reviews I decided to give Poolsupplies.com a try. They had one of the best prices on a pool reel I wanted. I went to their website, found what I was looking for, placed it in the cart and made the purchase. I placed my order on a Monday, it shipped on Tuesday and I received it on Thursday! I had absolutely no problems with Poolsupplies.com. I thought I would throw that out there in case someone was on the fence about ordering from Poolsupplies.com.

Very disappointed with this company! I ordered a pool liner the beginning of June, received it 2 days after ordered. Unfortunately I made a mistake & ordered the wrong size. Because I took it out of the box they would not return it. I ordered second liner on June 29th with the hope of a speedy delivery like last time. Received an email that my order will arrive on July 5. Waited all day yesterday with people ready to install it, never received it. I contacted them and they assured me it would be here by the end of the day, July 5 and this was at 6:00pm. Still hasn't arrived (7/6 and when I track it at Fedex it looks like a shipping label was created but pickup was never arranged. The status had said delivery July 5 now it says pending. So I contacted Fedex and sure enough Fedex has NOT received the package. So why did they(PoolSupplies) lie that it would be delivered by yesterday when they know it hasn't left their warehouse? Honesty or lack of speaks volumes

Gone down Hill Lime A SnowBall Headed to Hell

I've used this business over 14 years yes I've only had one problem with a pump not working when I ordered it. And a couple mailings problems! With that being said I made a Order a week ago received it today missing Half of my order and they tried to bait and switch! With one of my salt water products closing kit, old product been leaking and they would rather loose a good customer than fix the problem! I THINK BECUSE THEY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCTS THEY ARE ADVERTISEING, BUT THEY WANT YOUR MONEY, young lady I talk to slightly rude like she opened the product, put me on hold 3 times to tell me I got what I ordered! BIG LIE! ALMOST $300.00 WORTH OF PRDUCT. T. J. WITTMAYER

Double charge

I ordered online and they don't stats that they charge you twice when you do. Called to find out why I was double charged and they told me that I would be credited back in 24 hours. I waited 48 hours and still hadn't been refunded one of my charges. Called again to find out why and their customers service hung up on me. Not a really good way to handle you customers if you ask me. I would rather pay more money then to be treated the way this company has treated me. Will not be 9rdering anything else from them and I recommend no one order from them.

Claim to sell thick 16mm, 12mm and other thick solar cover for pool... upon arrival, it's thinner and lighter than my existing 8mm solar cover that I am replacing. You can easily see all the bubbles were already shedding. There is no label claiming its 12mm and 16mm... I called, they said, oh, there should be a label... I look around, there is not. It just came in a plastic bag. I said why is it so thin and so light and it's definitely not 16 mm and 12mm... they said, oh, every manufacturer's process is different. They have new tech to make it lighter. What a lie. I asked to return, and they refused. I emailed them 5 times and they don't respond. I am now filing a dispute through my credit card. It's a fraud company. AVOID

10 year FULLY WARRANTIED pool cover lasted 2 years. Pieces of the plastic bubbles floating all over my pool and in the filter, and they tell you only the seams are covered for delamination. In my 30 years owning a pool this company sells the absolute worst cheapest junk solar covers. Might as well put trash bags over your pool. Filing with BBB and I suggest you do the same.

Ordered pool steps that were shipped all scratched up had a protrusion and looked used. We simply wanted them replaced and poolsupplies.com/Lesiure Living refused. They will soon be going to court. EVERYONE BE WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a pool from this company that claims to have same day shipping. After a few days of waiting to hear that my order had been shipped, I finally contacted them. I talked with some one who informed me that the pool I ordered would not get to me until the end of the month ( I ordered it at the beginning of the month and had a guy ready to install). He told me of a pool that they had in stock that they could ship out that day so we decided to go with that pool. It was finally delivered 3 days later. This morning when they began to get the supports out they realized that we had been sent the wrong supports. We contacted the person we ordered from at 9:30 am. He asked us to send him a picture of the supports. This was emailed within 5 minutes. My husband has called about every 2 hours trying to get something figured out and they continue to give us the run around. So at this point we have a pool with the wrong supports, a hole in our yard, a guy ready to install and NOBODY will talk to us. And they have already taken the money from our bank account. I would NEVER buy anything from this company again!

I purchased a replacement pool liner and an in pool ladder for my 18ft round above ground doughboy. The liner was dark river slate stone (black / grey) upon install we noticed a WHITE line along the entire bottom circle as well as across the pool. I contacted poolsupplies com. They asked for pictures. I sent them. They then suggested 2 options. They stated since the pool is now in use they will offer a 33% refund or for me to cut a 12x12 square out of the liner and return it to them for a full refund. 1st I said I'd take the 33% refund. They stated on Aug 28 2022 a refund would be issued. (5 days later) Sept 2,2022 I emailed again approx when I should be expecting said refund. Reply was allow 48-72 hrs. I replied stating the quality of the liner was far from what was described and I'm sure it was simply an oversight as they have been in business some time. I told them since the refund was never issued, I'd go ahead and send them the 12 x 12 square and rather than have them refund my card, please send a replacement liner. Considering the expense it takes to drain the pool, remove the liner, secure the base & coving, install a new liner & refill the pool. As well as the down time to do this... I take a loss. Not the company. To date 9/13/2022 I have not received a refund, replacement or a response.
As a company they should be embarrassed for the lack of customer service. I understand things happen. I stated it could have been an oversight. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problem. Based on what I've experienced, the management offers empty promises and returning customers are of no value. Buyer beware.
