I am the type of person that typically reads the reviews, but doesn't write them. They have me so angry I am going to write a review wherever I can. The warranty is a joke. It doesn't say anything about only covering the seams and yet when it shredded from normal wear and tear only 4 years later and I tried to talk to them about the warranty, they stated the warranty is only for the seams. We were in a hurry to get a new liner and against our better judgment placed another order because it was the least expensive we could find. We hoped it would be better the second time. We were told the liner we wanted was back ordered, but coming in a couple days. We waited 2 weeks and when I called back I was told it was delayed but would be in the next day. I called the next day and was told it had arrived and would ship out in a couple of days. We called back again the next week and were told the liner was discontinued and they'd never get it in. What a bunch of liars! I would NEVER recommend anyone ever doing business with them. I will look into what further legal action can be taken to stop this company from doing business.

Poolsupply.com and Solarcover.com are the same company. Don't waste your money on 800 series solar cover. Company doesn't even offer mil thickness. My mistake for assuming it was what I purchased in the past. Deceptive. This solar bubble sheet is less quality than the bubble wrap placed for free that comes with your shipped Amazon purchases lol. It's so thin, any wind just blows it all around. Sent email as I needed a small additional piece to cover a swim-out. Usually there is enough overage to at least cut a small square, not this time. They wanted me to measure the pool with a 30 ft tape measure which I don't own, instead of just contacting the supplier like I mentioned when I called on the phone. There response was, "Without any proper measurements of the solar cover, we are unable to provide further assistants" (spelled wrong) and the replies just came back from "support" not even a person's name. What a dope. I mean they didn't even offer to try to get me a small piece from the supplier whether no charge or not. I sent them 4 perfectly good photos but that wasn't good enough. It's a pool cover, not the Hope Diamond.

Don't waste your money. I got what I paid for and it was junk.

I purchased a new, 16m solar cover from poolsupplies.com. Their description claims it has a longer life than 12 or 8 m covers and has a longer 3 year 100% warranty with a 10 year partial warranty. The second year of use the cover became brittle and tore easily. When rolling it up, the straps from the reel to the cover would rip right through shredding it. Pool supplies.com said it was from "sun damage and chemical damage" It is a solar cover meant to collect heat from the sun on chemically treated water so why do they sell it if it isn't able to do the job? They say they are just the distributor but wouldn't give the name of the manufacturer.
Previously purchased covers from other sellers, that were less expensive and only r 12m lasted at least 5 years. Poolsupllies.com warranty is dishonest and does not exist.
Also, good luck trying to reach customer service. Emails went unanswered and they disconnect calls after long wait periods. I finally got through after being on hold for over an hour and half. It took three days of calling to get through. The warranty is a fraud. Save your money and buy a 12 m and buy it from a reputable dealer that stands behind their warranty.

I purchased their above ground pool kit 6 years ago. Within two weeks of being setup and filled the liner split at the bottom seam and needed replaced. It was an act of congress to get them to replace the first liner. They resent one and it too done the same thing after unboxing. I sent it back received a 3rd liner. This liner has a 25yr so called warranty and 4 years in the seam at the bottom started coming apart in three different places. I patched the areas where I could to try and salvage some use and this week ran out of chances as the seam split even more. Upon calling them to file a claim for the liner with the 25yr warranty I was told that there was a pro rated cost that would be applied. This cost was well over $250 and this only saved me about $40 from the cost of a new liner. I asked why this was and was told that each year it was prorated. I then said it was a 25 year warranty, what would a cost be for me if it happened 10 years in? I asked to speak with a member of mgmt and was put on hold. The rep came then came back and told mgmt was busy but would return my call. I waited 2 days for a call before I decided to order a new liner from another company all the while saving money with a better gauge material even with this places prorated warranty cost. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING this place as they do not care once they get your money.

Do not buy this it is rotten when u receive it they DO NOT CARE NO REFUND been on for 3 weeks this happened

I just ordered a pool pad and a solar cover. The prices were excellent and the shipping was super fast! I generally only shop online and this was an easy and positive transaction.
