This translator is horrible do not recommend! Does not hear the words in English properly so can't translate

Sleek and easy to use. This is a 5 star for me. Had few issues when I was in France but was resolved right away when i called up customer service.

Battery life is okay and the device is pretty handy you can carry it everywhere. I tested it with a few languages and I had fun using it.

Never had this kind of convenience of communicating foreign languages. This is such a great translator.

Like many others I ordered (#8C-88mk7X1) ONE Poliglu translator and received FOUR Enence Translators! Unlike a reputable on-line company I received no confirmation email so that I could ensure that my order was correct. No copy of my order was included in the package I received from Poliglu.
I tried calling the customer service number repeatedly and was cut off within 5 minutes after making my menu selections. I also emailed Poliglu and only received form emails from them, one of which gave me instructions on how to receive a refund by shipping the unwanted translators to Europe!
It's impossible to ship these translators to Europe at a reasonable cost (which I'm sure Poliglu knows) because the packages contain batteries.
I have no confidence that I will hear from Poliglu after reading other reviews.

Next stop: Complaints to BBB and my state attorney general.

UPDATE: On January 3,2025, I received a full refund without having to ship the unwanted product. Writing this critical review made all the difference.
