Very poor sound and you have to use your iphone. Yes you can return the unit against a 25% fee but the big catch is that you need to return it to Estonia and pay for the shipping which is over $ 100
They do NOT mention that of course on purpose! It is a rip off
I complained several times that the return location should be in the US but they don't care!

Translates clearly and efficiently. I love the overall package too. Helps me in my daily work specifically in conversing with foreigners with language I am not too familiar of. Definitely my best buy!

Purchased a brand new unit.
Only to find its not compatible with Samsung A42 5G.
Also the polyglu app cannot be downloaded.
Its designed for older versions of Android.

Worth noting that the device is basically a speaker for what your phone does.
You need to use both together.

Returned for a refund.

This is a glorified Bluetooth speaker, it does not work independently and requires internet and your phone.
I ordered one and was charged for and sent four. Save your money and use Google Translate for free.

I got this for work. Poliglu functions well as advertised and it has an excellent quality. Easy to navigate, very helpful and efficient. Their support team is easy and warm to deal with.

Despite my right to return the product, after filing a complaint and sending the product, I have not received a refund. Contact with the store very difficult, for 2 months despite the store's acceptance of the return, the amount due has not been credited.

This device is pretty useful. It has all these features that a basic translator would need. Best part of it is its translations are accurate I am impressed. I travel a lot and this language device is a must.

Poliglu translator device is simply awesome! It came nicely packaged and it feels sturdy. It's not difficult to figure out its interface. I played with it for a while and it only took me a few minutes to use it. We are a multilingual family, so I was able to test it – accurate and highly recommended!

I had great hopes for Poliglu to help me with my Mandarin (mainland China) but regret that, despite my due diligence with Poliglu before buying, whilst the translation from English to Mandarin was OK, the translation back was very poor…….to the point of being unusable! The volume was also inadequate for social spaces, as well as being relatively slow to translate. It may be more useful in Europe, but I ended up using an online tool (Deepl) in China as this was so much better!

I have bought 3 of this product as a gift for my friends.They ware so happy having this.Mostly they travel all the time & it made their communication much easier in many ways.

I finally got my Poliglu and I love this mini handy translator. It's nice-looking first of all, and it is very easy to use that even my kid can play or study around with it. Tried its efficiency and the result is fine. It is recommendable. Good job, poliglu!

Poliglu makes life easier in all my travels. It's easy to use and has a sleek design so it's so easy to put it inside any pouch or hand bag. Used this many times already and it's smooth all the time.

This company is a scam. Must have an Apple phone to use, should be on the purchase page. They are in a foreign country. I asked for a return 18 days after I received and after waiting for them to respond why they didn't tell me that I needed an apple phone. Then they played this dance with Paypal saying they were waiting on them, and then told Trust Pilot that I was a fraud and I had to send Trust Pilot all the MULTIPLE correspondences showing I wasn't. Do not buy from them. I never did get my money back unless I shipped it back to them, and thats where they get you. The cost to a foreign country.

Poliglu translator is works accurately as advertised. It's also is a tool to assist in learning to write or speak a different language. I got this for work purposes but my children borrow this for school purposes too so it's a good buy for me and my family.
