Poliglu

Everything about Poliglu is so thought-out. I am an avid traveler, and this language translator is a must. I tested it at the beginning with my Brazilian neighbor and he was so impressed with the translation quality that he ordered one for himself. A good buy and it I highly recommend it.

Brought it for our family who wants to learn Spanish. We all love it and we can't go out without it, especially when we travel. Very functional and reliable device this Poliglu.

Neither of my Poliglu translators now work. They were both bought in August 2023 and worked first time I loaded them on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. The problem appears to be software related and occurred after the update to the Android 14 operating system. The device does not connect to Bluetooth and never gets beyond the "Scanning for Devices" message. What I find disappointing is that Poliglu knows this problem exists and does not appear to be treating a software update as a priority. All I get are the same messages telling me they are looking into it. They offer a two year warranty which they have immediately repudiated as the product was not returned in the 30-day period. I don't want new devices, what I want is updated software. Is that so difficult to sort out? If they are selling devices that cannot be used on new smartphones, they should be telling customers.

Now I have to send this to Lithuania from Canada and pay for return.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! First of all, in order for it to work, you must have your smartphone out in your other hand with the Poliglu app open and running. If you're going to do this, you may as well just use Google Translate.
And if you want your money back, forget about it. You'll be asked to ship the device, at your own cost, back to China which costs almost as much as the device. So they offer to do a partial refund plus a power adapter gift, but if you accept, they never give it to you. In general, customer service will respond to concerns with form letters that they will be in touch or that they will do something, but they never do. These people are selling a useless product and will never refund your money. DON'T BUY!

Used this well when I had a business trip abroad. Works accurately as advertised. This is very durable and handy. Great buy for me.

It doesn't work at all! My phone says its connected, but it doesn't show anything on the phone. Like it's stuck trying to connect. I've contacted them several times and they won't do anything. They keep telling me that the support team will contact me, but it's been months. They won't let me return it because they have been blowing me off and won't fix the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! 😡🤬🤬💩🖕

Very effective. Easy to operate functions. We share this in our family, everyone gets to use it as needed and it never failed us. Translations are efficient. Very big help.
