TOTAL SCAM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. I ordered 2 swimsuits spending close to $200. They took my money right away but the suits didn't arrive for months. After emailing to find out where my order was they gave me tracking info which didn't work. When I finally received the suits there was a defect in one of the tops and none of the pieces fit. I emailed customer service, but they didn't respond until it was too late for their "return" policy. After disputing this with them, they finally told me I could have a refund so I sent the suits back. They gave an option to ship to an address in California which was cheaper than sending it back to Turkey. I sent it back over a month ago... I keep commenting on their Instagram pictures to ask about my refund. They write back right away in a DM on Instagram and delete the comment immediately but it takes days for them to respond to and email. The person in the DM told me my order was received to the Cali address and to please allow 2-3 days for refund. It has been 2 weeks since they told me it was received and still no refund. Then I got an email from someone else saying they were tryin to figure out where my return was. I screenshot the convo from DM and sent it to them. No response and still no refund! THE SUITS ARE NOT QUALITY, run very very very small, do not stretch much and have defects. Plus, their customer service is a joke. THIS COMPANY STEALS YOUR MONEY. I would recommend to everyone who is thinking about buying from them, DO NOT DO IT!

When I ordered my bikini I asked the Chat if it would fit me since I am a size zero. It did arrive in a fairly good time frame but it did not fit. I was surprised it shipped from Turkey as well. The package did not come with return information and when I went to the website is also doesn't tell you. Immediately, there were a few red flags. I had to ask the Chat and it finally sent me an email with the return information. I would not have ordered this suit if I would have known I would have to pay a ridiculous amount to send it back to Turkey. It's not even worth it. I feel they are aware of this as well and hide it from their customers until they are forced to respond to inquiries. They should have to put this on their website and let the customers decide afterwards. I am extremely disappointed and feel scammed.

I'll admit that I was very skeptical of buying from this company after reading the bad reviews on this site. But, I went ahead and did research of my own and after a day or two of thinking on it I decided to take a leap of faith. This was my experience.

I received a order confirmation by email immediately after I placed my order. I had to search for it in my junk/spam folder. The following week I instant messaged 'Christina' asking why I hadn't received tracking information and she promptly explained to me that the order was still processing but that I should receive it within the next few days. A day or two later I received my tracking info. Yes, the suits do ship from Instanbul, TK. Now, I selected 3 day express shipping at check out and I did not have to pay customs or any of that upon accepting my package. Not sure if this would be different in other countries but I reside in the United States. It was delivered to my door via FedEx. The suits are of beautiful quality and they all fit wonderfully. I'm overall very pleased with my experience with Plumeria. I think maybe people have had issues with them in the past simply because they don't understand or are unaware of the customs in their country or did not communicate with their costumer service on sizing well enough. All I can say is DO YOUR RESEARCH! I would definitely buy from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with them for four bikinis\and spent nearly 300$ which they took immediately from my card. Over a month passed by and I had yet to receive my bikinis that I had ordered specifically ahead of time for my vacation and had just spent a ton of money on. When I demanded a refund they informed me they were sorry about that and shipped my order the next day AFTER I told them I no longer wanted it. When the bikinis finally arrived here (I live in Canada), I had to pay over 100$ in duty taxes. They should state in their website that they are based in Turkey so that people know the insane duty taxes they are going to have to pay. I rejected the package and sent it back demanding a refund from Plumeria but they keep saying they had already sent my package after I requested a refund which is FALSE - they even told me themselves when I initially requested a refund that they were sorry to hear that and would do their best to ship it out. This company thrives on stealing people's money they do not care about customer happiness at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses after seeing a flash sale on their Instagram page. It is now over a month after I placed the order and I still have yet to recieve confirmation that it has even been shipped. They took payment straight away and I have emailed them numerous times and yes the emails have always been polite but I have just been given a string of excuses and lies regarding the where abouts of my order. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all, terrible customer service.

After strictly following their return guidelines & paying over $50 in shipping costs I have not received my refund. Its been two months since they accepted my fed-ex return. They do not answer any of my emails inquiring about the status of my return and a phone number does not exist for this company.

Its really a shame, because their suits are beautiful and i would have love to continue doing business with them.

Additionally, the money was charged to my card the same day i placed the order on line, but the merchandise didn't ship till a month later.

Again, I didnt mind waiting for my suits. I just wish the customer service was better so i could consider ordering again.

I order everything online and I have NEVER worked with a company that is worse than them. They did a flash sale so I bought a bikini and the shipping was insane. When I finally got the bikini, it was sooo small and completely wrong from their sizing charts. I decided to ship it back to exchange and had to pay $22 and then they emailed me and said they DON'T have the size I want in stock. Now, I'm $100 dollars deep and don't even have a bikini that fits me. Not to mention, it's extremely uncomfortable and probably cost $5 dollars to actually make.

I found this company on Instagram and I was blown away by how beautiful their bathing suits were. So I went on their website and ordered two suits. We had some miscommunication in the beginning. My suits came in with one bottom significantly smaller than the other. I mentioned to them about the situation, and they were willing to send me a right one without any trouble. They even covered the shipping cost. I would recommend this company who wants to have a cute swimsuit for their summer holidays. The design is sexy, the color is vibrant, great material and if you order the right size, the material doesn't cut into your skin and create unwanted muffin top.

This was my first and last time ordering from this site. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and never even got a confirmation email however the money was taken from my account INSTANTLY! Impossible to get ahold of anyone and I'm actually feeling quite unsafe about the information shared on this site when I placed the order.
Not only am I extremely disappointed, I feel taken advantage of and very upset!
Save yourselves the anxiety and steer clear of this company.

I appreciate finally getting a response.
I checked my spam mailbox before getting upset in the first place.
After your response and the shipping code I had a little burst of faith and found that the code you gave me wasn't even valid!
I'm more disappointed now than I was before and I didn't think that was possible.

I followed the site for a long time and when I saw they were having a sale I took advantage of it and ordered the Bora Bora Crochet bikini. Now I'm a M/L top and L/XL bottom so I ordered both a L/XL top and bottom. The top fit perfectly but those bottoms are a small. They were also basically a thong for which I can not wear on my local beaches here. I'm impressed with the crochet top but nervous the ocean and pool will ruin it so it'll be more as a top to wear under cover ups and dresses... I do love it though just not the bottoms.

Worst company ever. I returned my suit over a year ago after it didn't fit correctly. After I received confirmation that my return was received I was NEVER credited back. With shipping I am now out $130. ( 110 for the bikini, 20 for shipping). After about 20 follow up emails, majority of which went unanswered... it is now a year later and I never received my refund. Not only is this the worst customer service treatment I have ever received, but I was essentially robbed.

My Order number is: #4374 the FIRST email communication regarding my return was on 4/28/2015 in case the company FINALLY wants to give me my money back.
