I ordered my awesome strappy bikini about 5 days ago because my friends were getting insane attention from all the guys on the beach and I wanted to look good. Well guess what, I met the most handsome guy last friday while wearing one and they're all so jealous! I love you plumeria! :) Fast service and best style in the world <3

First of all, it took around three weeks for me to receive it. Then when I finally got it, it was cute but didn't fit. That part wasnt the problem. What is the problem is that I chose to return it considering I didn't like the fit. It's been 2 months since I've returned it and NOTHING. I have not received a refund in two months! And to top it off, whenever I email their customer service they either ignore my emails, or reply to my first email asking how they can help, and when I tell them what I need help with they never reply. Literally avoiding me to refuse my return. Not happy. Will not repurchase ever again.

I'm from canada and I ordered a bikini from plumeria a month a ago. My order total was $47 american/$67 canadian and it took a whole month to get here! They took forever to process the order and actually ship it. On top of that I have to pay $35 in duties :( I've been online shopping for years and never had to pay duties so when the delivery guy said it's 35 I didn't have any cash and they don't accept debit so now I have to bus to another city just to pay more money to get this bikini! Wish I read the reviews before buying... hope the bikini will actually be good...

I had discovered Plumeria through Instagram and immediately fell in love with the bikinis. I had noticed they were hosting a 50% of flash sale so I immediately bought the bikini I had my eye on. After purchasing my swimsuit I decided to look at reviews and there were a some negative ones that caught my eye, I didn't think much of it though.

I will be traveling next week, and my biggest concern was that I would not receive my swimsuit by then so I reached out to Plumeria via Instagram and email and I received a response almost instantly. Natalie had helped me track my items and insured me that I would receive my items before I leave for vacation.

Today I received my items, exactly a week after I had ordered them. I purchased the Ava Khaki bikini and I am IN LOVE with it. The quality is amazing and both top and bottom are true to size! I have had such an amazing experience with Plumeria, and I will 100% recommend them to my friends and purchase more bikinis! Thank you so much!

I ordered a suit 3 weeks ago as I leave for a trip in 4 days and wanted to be safe that it got here in time. I also wasn't worried about it not arriving on time because it explicitly said it would be "shipped out" on April 1. I ordered it and forgot about it until April 6, I checked with my tracking info and it had still not been sent out. So I sent a message to Plumeria customer service. They apologized on April 8 and told me 1. They were letting know the shipping staff to put my order on priority shipping and 2. That "yes of course the order will be there before that!" That being the 17th the day I leave for my trip. I was relieved again until I once again checked my tracking yesterday, the 13th, and it had STILL NOT EVEN BEEN SHIPPED OUT YET. Now making this 13 days late. I sent another message to them asking them to tell me the truth this time because they have obviously been beating around the bush and all they had to say was "Your order is yet in processing due to high season, but please rest assured that we are doing our best to have it shipped asap." Like nooooo. You can't just take back the fact that it has been 14 days since it was promised to be shipped out and that it would 100% be here by the 17th and act like there is nothing they can do about it or that it isn't their fault and they don't need to own up to their promises. I will NEVER order from here again due simply to their poor customer service and being lied to.

I saw an ad on Instagram for this company for a Flash Sale and decided to take advantage of it... 50% off, why not right? The suits were modeled beautifully and the colors seemed vibrant and fun. I kept reading reviews of all the bottoms fitting extra small, so against my better judgement I ordered a size up for my bottoms. My order came relatively quickly considering I am in Canada, so I was excited and nervous to try them out. The colors were bright and the suits looked exactly how they did online. Unfortunately I found I should of just went with my gut and ordered my usual size, and now have bottoms that are slightly too big and bunchy... I'm a little nervous to see what happens when I get in the water LOL. I could of returned them but figured I would give them a go and potentially try and alter them myself if need be considering the costs for Duty etc. So that would be my only recommendation to ladies moving forward with purchasing... the bottoms actually fit fairly normal so I wouldn't size up. If anything, both tops are almost a tad small and I could of gotten away with maybe ordering them up a size! Other than that, I love both the suits, the colors are beautiful and I look forward to bringing them both to Mexico this May :) I will definitely be taking advantage of the the next IG Flash Sale as well but ordering my normal size!

I bought a couple of swimwear a couple of weeks ago and everything arrive perfect. I wanted to chance the sizes due to the reviews I read after muy parchase and although it was a little complicate to get an immediately answer I got it. I reach them through Facebook and It was the best way to get right away answers and help... The "online" chat in their page get some days to contact you. To summary> you can buy from this page with no issues or worries. About sizes, keep in mine the recommendation they do in the page or contact them if you are not sure (as I did, and it goes well). The quality of the product is OK!

Good marketing on the homepage and on instagram for average stuff which isn't worth the high price. It was a big deception when I saw the real products. Real value 5 for a bikini. Strange conditions of return... the company forgot to add a return form which you have to add necessarily to get back the money. By mischance for them, they didn't send me the form in order. Moreover, I received the package from Turkey and was told to send it to California/United States to get a refund. As I live in Europe, it costs too much to be worth it and there is no information at all about the real adress of the company on their homepage. Never ever again!

I cancelled my order immediately after I made it as I found the same suit cheaper on another site. I asked if they could please not process it and cancel it and they said sure but why did I need it cancelled? I told them because i found the suit cheaper somewhere else and after I replied that, they charged my card full price and refused to give me a refund. Natalie was so rude and would not help at all, and it was only after I told them I found it cheaper somewhere else did they still charge me, even though they said they would cancel it. DO NOT ORDER HERE. TOTAL SCAM AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY

I ordered a swimsuit which unfortunately didn't suit me so I had to return it. I spoke with Natalie in the customer service department who assisted me with the refund. It was dealt with so promptly and efficiently I couldn't fault the service at all. I can highly recommend this company, they are very fair and the customer service is amazing. Natalie was really helpful and made extra time to sort my refund for me even out of work hours which is really appreciated.

I order from them just recently and when I asked why I never received my package they said it was a holiday weekend and that's why it got delayed. Keep in mind this was 10 days after the holiday on regular work day. They finally gave me my tracking number and poof it said it was stuck waiting to get ship. When I asked for my refund of $200 they said they'll process it, but they never sent me a confirmation. Even after several tries trying to get it. So after waiting for the "time frame"my refund was supposed to hit. IT NEVER HAPPENED! Eventually I had to get my bank involved for me to receive my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE SOOOOO QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT YOU ORDER. AND WILL NEVER PROCESS YOUR REFUND. BIGGEST SCAM!
