Let me tell you, if you have a question about the products youre ordering and cant find the info online, give the Customer Service department a call. I was trying to replace a old sink with a new one. I couldnt tell from the manufacturers site if it would fit or not. I shot Plumbersstock an email and they actually contacted the manufacturer for me and got the owners manual that gave me the info I needed. Thats over the top service!
I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel and was pleasantly surprised to find everything I needed from one site. Not only was everything on the site, but 3 of the 4 items I bought had the best price. The 4th item was about $10 more expensive, but I ordered it all from this site anyways.
I don't know what all the hub bub is about, but I got my order today, just like was promised! I ordered it Monday, it shipped Tuesday and it arrived today, Friday. So it was really quick.

Ordered a faucet part early on a Thursday and was told the items was shipping out later that day so expected the item to come in by early to mid following week via standard shipping. When inquiring on its status the following Wednesday (6 days later), they (by email) simply said sorry and that it was shipping out later that day and that my card would than be charged. Fortunately found the part kit nearly an hours drive from me but still rendered the house without water for a week. Though they had the best online price, it was/is not worth the hassle if this is how they treat their customers. I inquired if they could ship out the item priority which should only run a couple dollars more than their standard rate but all they offered was expedited service at $32 (higher than the kit itself). In my opinion they should have accommodated my inconvenience and shipped it out promptly and save a customer but instead chose a lower path.
I was surprised when the UPS guy dropped off my package today. I just ordered it on Monday (todays Wednesday). I unpacked my order and everything was in one box! They must have a huge warehouse! This company is the real deal mckoy or however you say it. Order with confidence!
My package came in very quickly and wasnt damaged. I noticed they put everything in one big box. Maybe to save shipping costs. I guess thats okay since everything was in smaller boxes.

The first time I ordered I didnt get an email confirmation. I freaked out and called customer service. They confirmed my order was received and emailed me a confirmation. This last time I ordered I did get a confirmation so it looks like they fixed things. BTW, cant beat their prices!

I work in a remote location and was surprised to find these guys when I search Google for pipe. I hesitated a little bit, but ordered anyways. The coils of pipe showed up on a pallet and in good shape. Ill have to remember this site for next time.
Completing my order was fine however, my tracking number didnt work until after the item was shipped. So its not perfect but its one of those things you can easily forgive.
I read in some reviews that people couldnt reach customer service. They must be calling the wrong number. I called and Bree I think answered right away and helped me understand my shipping time. She even took my order over the phone which was totally over the top!
