The customer service was patient and friendly. The item I ordered last time has been discontinued so they helped me find the replacement one, which thank you very much, it less expensive! Plumbersstock never disappoints! Why will I will come back? I want good prices from a company thats willing to help their customers!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing. Lucklly they have a good return policy and didnt charge me reshelfing fees. Got my money back and customer service helped me get the stuff I was looking for.

Fast service. Wish the colors options were on one page, but I found the color I searched for and got a confirmation it shipped today!

I highly recommend using this site if you want to order a toilet online. My toilet was packed so well, the UPS guy could have dropped it off the back of his truck and nothing would have happened to it. Those other sites can take a lesson from plumberstock.

I thought I was shorted an item on my order and I called customer service. A young man helped me separate the items in the box. Fortunately for me, the small bag I was looking for had stuck to the bottom of a package I had previously retrieved from the box. He was very patient with me and thoughtful, even though I was at fault. Thank you, young man. You know who you are.

TOP NOTCH website! I needed parts for my sprinkler system and they had everything! I went online to save money on a new controller and decided to see how much other stuff they had. I found PVC fittings, pressure reducers and even some funny pipe I needed and its all gonna be delivered to my door. Ya cant beat that!

I bought a high end sink and figured the price was too good to be true. I ordered it anyway and was surprised when it arrived, that it was in a new, sealed box. I assumed it had to be open-box for the price I paid, but it wasnt!

My wife has a thing for Delta. We have Delta sinks and faucets in all our bathrooms and our kitchen. One of the faucets started to leak so my wife asked me to buy a new one. I hoped it was under warranty and called Plummerstock to double check. Sure enough it was and they told me how to get my faucet replaced. Im sure they could have talked me in to buying a new one, but they didnt and were very helpful.

I had a pump go out in one of our buildings today. I ordered my last pump from these guys and ordered another one today. It was in stock and trackings got it delivering by the end of the week. Just in time for the new tenants to move in.
