I completed the delivery of the account to the buyer on July 25,2025 (Transaction ID: bda254da30be5c). Both sides confirmed the delivery, and the order was marked as "Confirms Delivery." I submitted multiple reports and updated the status to "Need Payment Update" and "Need MM Assistance," but received no response. Only after posting a public review did the Middleman reply, vaguely saying they were "working on it." Later, the order was marked "Completed"—but I still haven't received my payment. As of August 2,2025, there has been no resolution and no clear communication from PlayerUp. This has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Sellers deserve better. Attached Proof:
1.Confirmed delivery on July 25,2025 (Attachment 1)
2.Middleman marked the order "Completed" on August 1, but I still haven't received any payment (Attachment 2) Add proof of purchase: Seller and Buyer both confirmed delivery.

No money still. After first review they contacted me again to bring it down if I wanted my money back. My response was no money no review down. I still have acces to the game so thinking to cut buyer acces to it and get my game back. Dont use playerup for anny kind of transaction.

Put my STFC game account for sale in PlayerUp around the end of 2023. In march 2024 an offer came in and I accept it, using their "secure way" with the Middleman. The buyer transferred the money to their Middleman and I transferred the account to the buyer. Waiting period was stated to around max 14 days to get money through PayPal or bank. After the time expired I contacted them and got a response 7 days later that they have some issues with paypal. After a month of back and forth they made me change my way of cash out from PayPal to bank account which took another month or so. Yet again the told me they had a problem with the bank this time. Contacted them even through their quick resolution center in Telegram and still a ton of excuses and no money. After that after several attempts they started not responding anymore.Posted some bad reviews on them in different review sites which made them contact me and promise to send the money if I take down the reviews, which i did. Guess what, 2025 and the money hasn't come yet. Will attach some screenshot of the convo i had with them.

I was trying to purchase something, the transaction was taking for ever. Me and seller cancelled playerup took my money and then refunded it back to my playerup account and not my bank account its been months now I tried many methods to contact them to request a cash out for the credits and still nothing. I'm starting to believe it will either take years or perhaps they will never give my cash back. I hope everyone who buys and sells using there middleman service thinks hard about if its really worth the hassle of having to constantly chase them up.

I sold my PSN account for around $26 on PlayerUp. I was excited for them to finally verify my account and transfer the currency to my wallet. Right now, I'm still waiting for a pending transaction to be finished after over a month of waiting, despite the transaction approximation time being 1-96 hours. I've sent multiple reports, contacted middleman support multiple times, and replied to the conversation where the exact transaction is pending multiple times. It is very unlikely you will get money back.

As a seller, you will never see a dollar of your money.

Used their middleman service to sell something. I tried to cash out my wallet balance of $304.50 (after Playerup took their cut) through Paypal and they just never sent it. Their website says the transaction is 'completed' July 16th 2021. I have tried multiple attempts to open support tickets but they completely ignore them

***Decided to post my review here as well, after their Trustpilot page got taken down due to "considered a bad fit for Trustpilot"***
AWFUL. They rob your time and your money!

1. Sold an account, gave credentials to buyer. He confirmed delivery, I opened a ticket to get paid and it had an ETA of 24-144h, asked support about being paid on like 3rd and 6th day and no answer. Finally took my account back (temporarily) and made a bad review and I was instantly being dealt with and told to delete my review for now. Gave account back to buyer and I was added to another waiting list, had to wait 4+ days. Finally got paid
"Payments are sent within 1-144 hours after the buyer secures and confirms the account." - Info in their Sellers Guide
2. I sold account for 180$, buyer paid 5.4$ FEE ON TOP of the 180$. I was written to receive 156.6$ due to me having to pay the buyer's and my own payment processor's fee (10% buyer + 3% mine) AND when I finally received it, Paypal took ANOTHER 8.76$ from me. Final I received of the 180$ account I sold: 147.84$. A loss of 32.16$. Chatting with support they sent 10$ to offset the fee when I deleted my negative review. Their support's messages: "Please close that issue offsite"
"Already good on releasing payment just need to click send now so waiting on you"
"No Transaction Fees. We pay all fees your payment processor would charge you" - Info on their Sellers Guide
3. Customer support seems to be a 1-man job. Don't bother with their site's chats or ticket system, they don't answer there. I messaged on Telegram and FB messenger and they answered there, though only like once a day and max 5 minutes of chat time.

In Conclusion: Lost ~23$ of the 180$ I sold my account for, lots of nerves and 2 weeks of my time.

Yes, you guessed it, still not had my refund. Being ignored again both on Telegram and on the site. For a site that, in theory, could actually make them lots of money if they did it properly, it's a shame that they survive purely by telling lies. They could make ten times the money they do and get a lot less hassle just by being decent and honest. Instead they just tell lies.

EDIT: I am finally getting a refund it seems. The huge delay was caused by a scammer trying to divert my refund to their account do perhaps my original review was a little harsh

SCAMMERS - AVOID - you wont see your money

PLAYERUP ARE SCAMMERS - AVOID - their middleman take payment from buyers but they stopped sending payments to sellers.

Sold account for 700. Transaction completed month ago, got message "payment scheduled" and that's it - radio silent for month. Playerup never sent money their scammer middleman collected. They ignore all my messages and never sent the money to my payment method. It seems page is operated by bunch of scammers

They later come up with all kinds of irrelevant excuses about payment method basically acting fools -
including request (via emails) asking you to modify or edit your negative review (on reviews.io) otherwise they won't sent payment which his clearly illegal. They deliberately refer to this as "please resolve your offsite issue" to blur the scam tracks. They will never mention directly to change your negative review Slippery snakes.

If you search internet for playerup reviews, you will see lot of fake positive reviews, tons of of people complaining about never receiving their money and you will also see some people who edited their negative reviews (and never got money anyway).

If you got scammed by PLAYERUP - please report them to authorities so they stop these thieves and take this website down.

After years of trying to get my money, I finally give up and will never see the light of it, they even removed my conversation ticket and banning my account, this is what happen if you try to chat them all the time to their "customer service" you know the one that use to service the customer. They will threaten you saying you break this policy. Lol if there is policy they are the one who should be arrested. Don't falter to their words they can't do anything. I lost my account and also my money. Stay away from this site brother. One man fall so other must not, Value your money guys, it is not worth it.

I made a purchase on the site on July 26, but then changed my mind and wanted a refund, for which I had to wait 3 weeks until the transaction opened so that I could cancel it, but even after the cancellation (which took another week or more), the funds were not returned to the account from which they came, and the site administration sent them to my account on Plyerup and now in order to get a refund I need to wait some more time, only now they are demanding more and more information, but I also do not respond to any messages in Telegram, that is, they read the first message, respond to 1 message and then never answer you, I will also NEVER remove the review until I receive the money, no need to try to manipulate me so that I remove the review and then allegedly receive

UPDATE 24 AUG: THEY CONTACTED ME VIA TG AS I THOUGHT BUT THEN JUST BLOCKED AND DIDNT RESOLVE MY ISSUE AT ALL, SO IF YOU GUYS WANNA THIS REVIEW DELETE JUST REFUND MY MONEY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT NOT WEBSITE LOL

Scammers to be avoided at all costs

I sold an account through their middleman service, and it's now been 10 months without receiving payment for the sale. The experience is incredibly frustrating, especially since they don't respond to any form of communication, be it telegram, email, or through their website. They've even attempted to block my IP to prevent site access and I'm guessing it's only a matter of time until they block the account altogether.

Their business model appears to be based on scamming, which is perplexing given the high transaction fees they charge.

Additionally, if you post any negative comments about them anywhere, they attempt to connect your post to your identity on their platform and threaten to withhold payment until negative review is removed, marking the transaction as "waiting for seller." This is the only instance they respond, and once you retract your negative comment, the expected follow-up and payout fails to materialize. When they DO respond, they'll just endlessly claim there's an issue with your transaction, I've suggested using a different payment method, but that doesn't matter as they don't respond and likely have no intention of paying out.

Edit: I was apparently already refunded a week ago. The charge no longer appears in my account. Be cautious on who you do business with on this site. Alot of bad sellers.

I received a hacked account and I can't change the email because of this. I reported it, escalated the issue, and the middleman said, "You changed the password, no problem"...

Update: middleman fixed the incorret seller username and the payment has been successfully refunded. -----------------------------------------------------------

Its been 2 days waitting for a response i placed an order and completed the payment but the seller has issues with his account so we both agreed to cancel the deal before even the 3 way converation start, ive connacted the middleman to cancel the order but no reposne just automated reply, i waited for the 3 way convertaion to start and then canceled the order from there, but i noticed the seller username is incorrect i accidentally put another username that i was going to make a deal with at the same time, i opened a super urgent ticket to fix this mistake but heard nothing from the support... again just auomated replies...so i decided to contact the guy ive put his name by mistake to cancel the order from his side and thanks god he did, now the order is canceled from both sides, but it doent seem right the purshaed account from another seller so again i opened another ticket with middleman to cancel my order and issue a refund not repsone yet and its been 2 days, am going to be patient and wait for another day but if i havent heard back from them ill open a dispute on my paypal debit to refund me.
