2 months ago I sold my account here. I finally got credited last month. Still today, the payout has not been actually sent. I have been more than patient. I just want this resolved.

Edit: I wanted to update everyone. It appears I was wrong, they did send payment to me by bank transfer, not crypto. This is all cleared up now.

Fast and w/o problems

The trade went very smoothly, if not a touch long (there was a massive update for the game that needed to be downloaded, so no fault of anyone here).

100% resolved! Seems to be a great site. However the 3 way ticket never started after we confirmed price and buyers funds are still awaiting approval after 7 hours. I have contacted MM support and got a bot response. I am hoping to be this resolved asap.

Very reliable to buy and sell virtual accounts / in game currencies. If you ever run into a problem their customer service is also very fast and will help you with whatever problems you may be experiencing! Selling in-game items, currencies and accounts has never been easier for me and so reliable. Other selling services such as eBay usually only look at the buyer's point of view and this leads to the buyer getting their money refunded and scamming the seller. Would recommend this to anyone who is trying to safely sell as the middleman will ensure both sides are satisfied before releasing the payment to the seller or returning it to the buyer!

First time using this website after being recommended by a couple of my friends. This looks like a stable website that I could use for a long while, but for now, the verification is taking a while. Other than that, can't wait to experience this website and their unique three-way conversation. 3* for now, will edit back again in the future :D <3.

Good safe service. The system for trading with middleman is very safe and effective. Had some issues with customer service and waiting on replies on support tickets I placed, no issues with middleman at all. Jordon from customer service got a hold of me and straightened everything out. I must say, I have never had a web based company call me to assist and he went above and beyond to help me straighten out all my issues, Jordon gets a 5 star. I'm in the customer service industry, I know when someone gives a shat or just provides some fluff and a hand job. Or he's just that good and can fake the words but provides the meat and potatoes. I understand that there is buyer and seller protection but they take it way too far. I've had my purchase declined TWICE. Had to wait for my first refund and once I've received it I tried it again with the seller.

Edit: My issue was fixed. It was declined because I posted an invalid address. Thanks for chat support for helping me with this.

If the card is valid and has the appropriate balance to make the transaction then there should be no issue between the buyer and seller. Plain and simple. Save your time and money and purchase from another platform.

Been more than 8 hours, no account. What type of support and service is this? You pay for something, should get instantly. Here I am trying to find any means of support on this site and can't find it.

Might have just been a dodgy seller, but they had 100% positive reviews. Made me wait 12 hours and then didn't even give me what I paid for, refunded me through website credit which is honestly useless to me as I only wanted stuff for one game and only that seller does it.

Edit: Forget what I said. The credit was only temporarily. As soon as I cashed it out, it was automatically refunded. Now I get how the site works. You can exchange or automatically refund it.

Quick to help out, use common sense on this platform. It is still a platform which brings 2 parties together in an safe buffer. They are not responsible for the endproduct. They do have several failsafe features which kick in and they are strict as possible to make sure the spammers and scammers don't get through that easily, the flagging system works awesome which helps out new members see what the feedback history is of a seller etc. My experience is more based as a buyer, haven't sold anything on it.

They are lying and i have proof, the customer held the account for two years and lost it which has nothing to do with me, i cant give you something in your possesion then you lose it after two years you contact me to help with it? The issue is out of my hands. I did not recall the account they are liars and scammers. Evil company that wont pay you and their reviews are fake be very careful, you was warned

Its my first time ever using PlayerUp so please give me good experience so i can trust this website for more businesses. I got a messaged that 652 dollars is scheduled to transfer to me in 1-92 hours, still not sure how long it would take more. Also you guy said it costs free for transactions. Then Why i only receive 652 out of 750 dollars from my transaction? Where did my 100 dollars go?

Replies from customer service can be delayed, but they seem to make sure the process runs smooth and safely for both sides.

PlayerUp is an exceptional service that provides quality and ensures security for any of your middleman needs. While you do have to pay a small fee and sometimes you have to wait for a little bit, you can take comfort in knowing that your middleman transaction is secure and that you are protected, even after the purchase is complete. I was like you, once. Posting an angry review on this website because it was taking longer than I expected to receive my money. I now have the money not too long after initiating the 3-way conversation, and they always delivered within the provided timeframe. If you ever get too concerned, then just reach out to support (but don't spam them — it doesn't help anybody, trust me).

Customer support does not answer, I'm waiting for the refund. Paid yesterday, cancelled because I can't really afford this. No reply to date.

Edit: i didn't check my account online. When I did i see they already processed it on tuesay. This issue is resolved.

PlayerUp refunded me the money I lost when I got scammed from a seller. Middleman protection works and is worth it. I just might add they need to work on keeping repeating offenders off the site, as they just make new accounts and resell same channel multiple times without any red flags going off.

They offer a middleman service where you can secure all your transactions and make sure you won't get scammed or tricked in any way.
