The accounts I bought got locked totaling over a $400 lose. Provided a lot of proof and they keep saying that they aren't responsible for refunds. I bought the after sale insurance. That doesn't matter to them. Don't use this company. I did what player action said and tried to see if the owner of the clash of clan account had recovered it. And it got my device banned for 31 days.
The account it self even state that if the seller isn't able to help recover the account they would issue a refund. Clearly that also means nothing.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, they will side with the seller ever time.

Seller never even bothered with the dispute yet won anyway, sent them proof account was reclaimed as they sent me a password reset request, showed my denied recovery attempt, showed them pictures of me playing the account along with my username prior to losing the account, seller even changed the accounts rare name i put on it. Yet i was denied because now i need to show proof the creator recovered it? But the company cannot provide me with details like that per their rules. The only person who can successfully recover the account is one who has all the creation details. Which were not provided upon purchase, they could have asked the seller to recover the account for me as he has that ability with the creation details, im out $290 and the account i put 8 months of work into. Nice investigation! You guys are beyond words.

So Im currently talking to my Military bank right now because I bought a account for 750 dollars. The guy one year later changes the information (mind you I have screenshots of him doing this) I go to dispute this with playerauctions and they side with the scammer and decide not to give my money back after I got screenshots and conversation of him saying and admitting that hes a reseller for his friends account and that his friend prob changed the account info. That he will be happy to get the info. At this point I just want my money back and I demand my money. What does player auctions do? They deny my refund. Guess what? I promise you the bank isnt gonna deny me once I put all the conversation and proof in a email and show them this fraud

Answer: Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.
