Don't use this site. You pay for your order just to spend all day having to try and verify your identity just for them to close your order. Worst place I have spent money on.

Lets be real these sites offer the same structure and offers. I think what sets them apart is the actual security features they have. I got into a non responsive buyer and Playerauction refunded me no questions asked. Makes me feel safe and I will definitely come back.

Replies were a bit late and verification was a little too strict but thanks are still in order because they helped with an account I had back in 2016 when it came to recovering it, changing the number, then completing an order which I was really gunning for for quite some time now.

At first when I say player auctions it was so tempting and amazing! So I was so exited to make such a good purchase and get my dream items that I have been ever longing for! So I signed up but there were a few problems so I made an extra account and then when I got logged in on my fourth attempt of getting in, I got in! So I went to make the purchase I wanted and it said account suspended when I pressed on it. I believe it was because I accidentally made 3 extra accounts that I have absolutely no idea how to get into to. So a year later I come back still longing to make that purchase. But since I forgot how to get back to the other account I made another new one completely different account and I get logged in. But when I do the exact same thing I get suspended. So please Player Auction, I suspend my supermanbennett3 account. And for everybody who is reading this try as hard as possible to not make a extra account.

I opened an account with these people so that I could purchase a World of Warcraft account when I tried To make payment it was denied because I used my wife's credit card in my name as not on it.
I completely understood this so therefore I have my wife open app her own account and try it again.
Her account got locked because she tried using the same credit card as when I tried it and they will not unlock her account.
So that. I can make a purchase.
This is very bothersome and we've spent about an hour trying to figure it out. And these people will not listen to reason.you are not able to call that accustomed or service at all because they will not return a call I. Have already tried 3 different times since last night.
I would hardly recommend that you go to one of the other sites to purchase anything related to world warcraft or other.

I'm sorry, but orders with payments bearing a different name won't work due to anti-fraud, anti-theft policies on the site. Creating another account isn't allowed since we can only allow 1 account per user or household to avoid order collusion and feedback spoofing on the site. All your canceled payments will be fully refunded back in 7+ business days.
To help with this, I've now updated the real name on your original account to match your wife's payment account name so verifying with the same information will work on your first/original account. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

If you end up getting scammed this company will not help you and will always side with the other individual no matter how much evidence you send. I sent countless screenshots of proof that I no longer had the account I spent 300$ on where as the seller said nothing and somehow he won the case over me. Please be smart and stay far away from this company and actually do research. Especially when buying accounts. The original owners will always be able to take their account back and playerauction will do nothing about it. Even if you buy a year of protection. Terrible company. 0/10. Would never recommend. Will be contacting my bank.
Edit: the customer support is just as bad. You will be going back and forth constantly with automated messages. They won't look at your review and abuses the consumer protection laws. Contact your bank immediately for fraud. You give them the proof they need and they will find every excuse.
