That was easily one of the smoothest online trades for me. Seller took care of everything and I appreciate that.
Incompetent, unprofessional and inexperienced time wasters support literally been waiting for 8 days for my little problem to not even be solved 4 days of telling me my id was blurry and needed to take other selfies (the selfie was completely readable) I feel like they are ignoring me and trying to gain some time on me I literally don't recommend any seller to start selling on this platform! Avoid them, avoid them and avoid them and until I get my money back you bet this isn't gonna stop

Rest assured, we're not trying to gain time or anything with this — the delay with your disbursement affects us, too, and it's in our best interest to process this ASAP. However, the documents were indeed blurry so our agents needed to request for a clearer copy.

All my best experiences with buying and selling are here. It says specifically when you can expect money to reach you at all times. Customer support has never not solved any issues I had on site with other sellers or with technical issues. I think my only quip is needing a few more sites to sell for, but it's not a deal breaker.
