If something goes wrong, you might as well stop wasting your time because it isn't lucrative to them. Your complaint is worthless to them and they only see dollar signs in front of their eyes. Blind for any improvements and care for the customer is as far as it gets there. You're the simple savage and the verified seller is the judge. There is only one truth there. They didn't even bother to respond to my complaint, even though I wasn't even asking for a refund or anything that would cost them money. Now my younger brother is broken because their unprofessional instructions led him to be scammed by a very manipulative method which only exists because of their incompetence. Additionally, I want to add my complaint here to show you what I wrote to them:

I'm writing this complaint in behalf of you and all the other customers that will come. Recently, my brother has been manipulated by a person and as a result he was unfortunate enough to lose his currency that he bought from you. My gift to him was lost because he failed to act competently to his manipulator. Huge excitement and lack of experience in life led to this. However after reading the emails thoroughly I saw that there was not a single warning given. Additionally proper instructions were lacking. And the ''place'' of deliverance in game was kept open for any visitors of this site. I believe that you as a successful seller should do a lot more to prevent situations like these and instruct your buyers more properly. In my opinion there are still many loopholes left and there is a danger that the manipulator's method could grow even more intelligently and potentially harming your business. Therefore, I hold you partly responsible for this loss.

Beware with this site. They ask/require A LOT of information to secure their transactions. A lot of sensitive information is requested by their authentication dept. This is WAY too much. I've done many sites with simple 2 step authentication. But these guys are over the top. In this day and age of identity theft and scams, this could be a night mare if they're ever compromised. I found them not really concerned and overly cautious. Maybe their paranoid speaks for itself and they're under constant scams. Beware.

Five months after my purchase the account was taken back by the OO. I know this happens and yup not happy but i paid for insurance. Unfortunately these guys will renege on your claim, they want proof and the way the account was pulled back no proof was possible. After i showed them the exact account using a varied name from the original purchase they still would not honor there insurance. So with in a day of filing a claim they denied it. When i fought back they canceled my account. Most dishonest group stay clear.

I got scammed on this site by someone who knew that what he sold would have adverse actions in game. When I started the dispute a month ago it is still going on and when I ask customer service about it only answer I ever get is an email was sent this day and person has 2-3 days to respond. Customer service is not good at all. When I show evidence that I been scammed, im supposed to be protected. So far I have not been, just ripped off.
