Worthless

This site support is worthless. A seller left me a negative feedback after a year. No reason why. Live chat said it would be resolved. Over a year later, nothing. I refuse to use this site until they fix this. They don't care.

This isn't to mention how hard it is using this website.

Awful awful awful company.

Sold an account for $600 on there, the buyer went on the account and played on it for about 4 days before deciding he no longer wanted it and disputed the order. The buyer took anything he felt like taking on the account and wanted his money back. I contacted PlayerAuctions regarding the matter and they ensured me he will not get his money as that would be scamming. About 6 days go by with no information then on 7th day the order was terminated and buyer was completely refunded. They gave the buyer his money back... Oh, wait a minute... He also still has my account. They willingly gave the person all their money back and let them keep the account. I contacted them on the matter and the individual I spoke with on chat ended up closing the session on me without giving me anything. (I have proof on ALL of this).

FINAL:
PlayerAuctions WILL allow scamming and they do. I had 100% reputation with thousand of dollars being sold on there and they allow this. I am no longer going on there and and making sure no one does business through them unless they want to loose hundreds of dollars.

On my long experience on playerauctions, it is not advisable to buy accounts on this site. Many scams except for accounts on merchants already well reputed. To purchase a currency, rarely the problems are, the more regular deliveries are late. For sale, it is clear that the costs are high, do your calculations before to know what you will actually receive. The fee is 9.99 % + 0.99 $ + 0.50 $ (for payment by Moneybookers). It also happened that I have been delays in receiving payments. They have always been resolved by contacting the online support despite a fairly long period. In summary playerauctions, is not a bad site but you have to expect some unexpected little from time to time.

The game account I purchased from them got reclaimed despite all my efforts to secure the account (change password, change recovery email, put 2 step verification, etc.). When I complained to them, they suspended my account so that I can no longer complain.

Absolute Garbage

I'm outraged, I'm pissed, I want to scream. I am writing this post out of sheer anger with the hopes that people will stay away from this site.

My issue all started last year in September. I live close to a friend and we play a lot of games together. I was waiting to be paid and didn't have the funds to purchase some currency and asked him to pick it up for me until I can get him back. He proceed to place the order providing my character name for delivery. *RED FLAG* this triggers the sites terrible system that flags for duplicate accounts. I was instantly banned and promptly contacted support thinking this was a simple fix considering we have different IP addresses, billing addresses, and payment methods. Wrong, instead I have been battling their support for the past half year providing ridiculous personal information to prove my identity. I've given my drivers license, personal picture with me holding the license and three billing statements.

I have repeatedly tried to use their live chat support which gets me absolutely no where as they are slave labor that is only allowed to point in another direction and provide empty promises of quick email responses. I have sent a combined total of about 20 emails to the support only recently (last month) getting the bull $#*!e promise that they almost have all the information they need to restore the account.

This is insane. I don't have a lot of time to play games and I take full advantage of occasionally purchasing currency to get my enjoyment. I am disgusted that they are still almost uncontested on price points in the market which keeps fueled to get the account restored. The fact that their automated system would even flag my account in the first place is ridiculous given the varied information between me and my friends accounts. The staff at this site is disgusting and I hope everyone takes this as a PSA and a warning. Don't get banned or have a friend buy currency for you.

Tl; DR player auction support is garbage as hell.

I bought a game account on this website that I later found out was stolen. The account was supposed to be secure and accessible by myself only but someone else has access and is using it. Customer service won't do anything to help. They will only claim that you don't have accurate proof that your account is being used by someone else.

It's not the safest at all. PlayerAUctions is the only site I've ever dealt with having problems with. It's been over a month now, still waiting to get paid. Biggest mistake ever was choosing to go with playerauctions.

PlayerAuctions attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I posted an account sale offer for 100$ for an account with VERY HIGH LEVEL STATS which took me YEARS to create.

After someone purchased the account, I responded in the guaranteed delivery time with full accurate delivery of the account game details.

Immediately after changing the email and giving the password, the order was closed WITHOUT any explanation and the account's password was changed.

PlayerAuctions did not give an explanation for 5 weeks of avoiding my emails asking for an explanation and providing proof of changing the account email / giving details.

After 5 weeks of waiting and emailing, PlayerAuctions stated that the account did not pass the account detail verification process and they closed the transaction, which is 100% bull$#*! because I provided the proper login details AND changed the email.

PlayerAuctions gave the scammer a full refund and practically a 3-year leveled account for free, and have taken away all of my disbursements and made me unable to be a Seller anymore.

The customer service is a joke, PA is filled with scammers, and the site themself scams people who have been using their services for 3+ years.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS OVER-PRICED SCAMMER SITE.

Worst customer support

This website is the absolute worst. Only after months of using it did i even realise as most of the process is automated. Due to this you dont usually need a empoyee intervention. After being a customer making quite a number of purchases over the course of almost 2 years my account got suspended with no explanation at all. I tried contacting their support via various means, their website, facebook, twitter. But no response for over a week now. I decided to just go ahead an make another account as i was going to get no support from them. So i made an account went through their whole verification and everything and all seems fine. I go ahead an make a purchase for a game and while this order is processing i get logged out and account is suspended. Again no communication, no reason just an email telling me to contact their support and guess what? Their support team obviously doesnt reply back. What kind or ridiculous business are these guys running. Paying customers are what keep you up and running. I have not breached your policy in any way. What gives you the right to simply block users without any explanation. Especially after they are using ur website to make purchases. Now i have to wait 3 days to have the money returned to me. Which again i have to contact support for... absolutely disgusting service. I will never be returning to this website once i recover my funds

I have never used a site which asked me to send pictures of my credit card, license and myself for verification. This is after I completed their credit card verification through my provider the same process PayPal uses but they want more. The manner in which they wanted me to deliver this information was just insane. Player Auctions wanted me to email all this personal info not upload it to a secure site. I would HIGHLY warn people not to do business through this site. The information you provide them and the manner in which you provide it is an identity thief's dream.

Generally functional. If you want to pay with CC they insist on "vetting" you by asking you to send in a picture of the front and back (!) of your CC. There is no indication that there email is protected or safe. I asked if I could block out the signature on the card and they would not agree to that either. If you pay with Paypal you should be fine but the fact that they want to pull some scammer stunt on CC (hopefully naive not malicious) made me get off the site
