Easy to buy from until you get a new credit card. When i got my new card i tried to use it on the site, provided the info needed for the card and the test payment thing they do. Go to pay and i cannot use my credit card, no option for that or paypal. I tried to use the live support chat and they told me i did not confirm through email for the new card. I never got an email for confirmation. The live chat support only gave me an email to use which was totally useless. This started October 3rd, 2016, it is now January 9th, 2017. Nothing resolved. If you are thinking "why not make another account?" you cant because of their "one account per household" rule. Even if you use a different phone number and email. I tried and they suspended the account immediately. Will not use their site again because of this. My advice is stay away unless you want to deal with a totally useless support team that will help you get nothing done.
You will risked being scammed using this site. You only hope yo u're the buyer and that 100% goes with no problem. If 1 small mistake happens playerauctions will leave you high and dry with nothing to show for it.
Sold an account, waited the 2-3 days for payment nothing entered, contacted them and said to wait another 2-3 days(error had happen) I waited a week and still nothing; contact them again and they are telling me to wait another 2-3 days for no reason at all. It seems they're going to try and keep in limbo and keeping my money. Now I am going to be having to deal with BBB and Paypal, to just help shut down the scam of a website.
Honestly a terrible site for buyers. They say they will cover you in the event something happens, but they will not. I bought an account, played on it for about 1.5 months, and the seller managed to get it banned/locked. Then proceeded to reclaim it back. When I try to go through support they say I do no have enough evidence. They basically want you to record everything you do on any account you buy, in case something goes wrong. The site is probably great for sellers, but for buyers... definitely beware. I even purchased the increased insurance, and they wouldn't help me. I sent in evidence showing the seller changed the account email to his own email, and apparently that isn't evidence. So after spending over $200 on an account I thought I would be protected. So I had $200 stolen from me by them, don't let them do it to you too.
Took less than 30minutes, was fast :P cheaper than any other seller i bought so far. Would definitely recommend it.
I love this site, will always use again! They take care of their customers and always make sure everyone is satisfied.

This site is just as much of a scam as buying a rolex from a guy stood in a dark alley for £10. Seller recovers account that I have insurance on he tells me he has done it jagex say he has done it. There team says there is not enough proof and it doesn't prove anything. Avoid!

I have had several successful orders on this site and when things go as intended the site is great and easy to use. However, for the first time I had an issue where seller did not deliver items and it has been about a week now and have still not gotten any refund and dispute is still pending. Customer service is useless basically copy and pasting scripted responses even when they don't answer the question asked.
According to their site my dispute is still "Pending seller evidence"... if they have no evidence what could possibly be so complicated about finalizing this dispute in my favor?
Had one skin, i sold it fast and safe, the only thing that i didnt know that they get lot of % of your money but its okay its the only way to sell skins for money and safe way its nice.
Been a verified seller on Playerauctions for more then a year with high rep and 100% delivery rate. On 21st of September a buyer complained that his account got "recovered" and since he had a 7$ insurance, they froze my payments and till now they are holding more then 40 payments so far. Communicating with Customer support is like talking to trained parrots - they just repeat the same phrases and say" plase wait further for updates on case". So far I had 0 updates in 100 days about my case and no help from support. If you plan to sell your virtual items skip PlayerAuctions since any scammer that buys cheap insurance can lock your account forever and you are powerless to do anything about it.
Been a member of this website since 2012 and I loved using the site for Runescape gold purchases. Built a good reputation on the site and never did anything wrong. Then one day my account was suspended and I wasn't given a reason why. I've tried emailing their "Trust" department *******@playerauctions.com which specializes in these cases to no avail. I've tried their live chat and received no help, I was just pointed towards the trust department.
Bottom line, The site works great and the levels of verification are annoying but necessary to ensure smooth business. However, I am not a fan of the random suspension and the lack of transparency and will not be returning to the site (they make it impossible to make a new account because you have to verify your phone number and you can't use your phone number more than once).
Ordered fast and easy delivery and no hassle. I reccomend!
Be sure to get it to the right part of the game tho or your buyer repp will get a penalty
Hellol, I joined playerauction about a month again to purchase gold for one of my games. However my account got suspended :/ sad thing is I never got told why? I emailed the email address they provided for me and they said they would get back to me in a few days. Well... 1 month later and after a few more emails this is where I'm at. Me personally I would not want to run a business like this. You want to have a solid company you need to have awesome customer service...
They require A LOT of verification, I've sold Runescape gold (and bought much more than I sold) and always gotten what I ordered.
The verification can seem a bit much but it's worth it for the reliable trades.
This sight rocks. Fast service, secure transactions. If they are verified, you are pretty much guaranteed to get what you purchase. If not, they will work to get it resolved or refunded. A+
Dont post ur selling on PA especially dont put ur password same example ur password on PA account is same with ur account password or whatever cos i have some hacked by PA itself i was trying to sell my account fill with gold inside and my password is same with my password PA account no one know my pass outhere and i never share it no anyone else beside myself and after i just post for 3 days suddenly all my gold on my account is gone and cant be retrieve it back believe or not this is scammer i lost total around $1500, thx PA
