I received a Mandewille plant, poorly packed, box partly open, with wilting and brown-edged leaves, and with literally zero flower buds. It was also smaller than advertised. I received quick email responses from the company, with advice on how to prove that it was still living. Because after 6 weeks a few small leaves began to appear it was still just alive, but still no signs of flower buds, which will clearly not appear until next year if at all. Because it was still alive, I received only a partial refund. I recommend not buying anythng from this company. PFS (Marina del Rey)

Plant was received in very poor shape, was not tethered to the container, no wrapping, nothing, just in a semi opened box. I potted it and tried to save it, but that didn't work. BTW, I recently made numerous purchases online for specific plants- this was by far the worst packaging- the price for what I received was 3x more than what I received in comparison to other vendors. I was happy to pay more for a good plant, but that's not what I received for my money. After 3 calls (cant leave a voicemail) a lengthy live chat, an email sent and a live call. I was told it is now past the 30 days, and will have to go through the warranty (which I purchased on a $65 plant)... all of this over about 1$ or $2- some sort of deductible blah blah. - If a company can't work with me over a couple bucks, and is fine with wasting my time- I will take my future purchases to someone who is a little friendlier. This is why I don't bother returning things, but when I do try, and get this response, I can guaranty that I will never give them business again.* file is too large to upload on this platform

I paid for shipping insurance, paid for a 1 year warranty and paid for 2 to 3 foot trees. I received dead and sick trees that are 18 inches tall. I emailed the company within hours of delivery and their response was "NO REFUNDS". They have made no offers of any kind to make this right. The owner himself claims they sent me healthy trees, however I have documented everything really well and I have dozens of photos proving my claims are 100% true. Even with photos the owner has not made any effort to offer resolution to this situation. I hope this review saves many other people from making the same mistake I did by giving this company my hard earned money. They defrauded me and shipped me something other than what was advertised.
