With a Black man as Mayor it is inconceivable that the Police Department, is allowed to use racial slurs. The training & representation falls far short of a Professional unit, paid to protect and serve. You would not put the "N" word on documents to reference a black person nor add it to their name. So why would it be acceptable to ID a person as a "Wetback" and add it as part of the name ie: Rodriquez Wetback? **Wetback (slur) Wetback is a derogatory term used in the United States to refer to foreign citizens living in the U.S., most commonly Mexicans. The word mostly targets illegal aliens in the U.S. Based on this defination Plano has approved using this reference for all latin americans "Wetbacks" What happened to John Doe? How many reports have been filed using either of these Slurs in the department? It is unacceptable in any part of this country and needs a complete review.
