PizzaHut

This pizza hut charged me $30 twice. Manager was rude and said i had to call corporate. She always interrupted me and never left me finished. She also said i had to call my bank to file a claim. I was trying to tell her to let the district manager know and she kept interrupting me. Definitely a trashy place with ghetto service. Never buying here again.

My kids love pizza, honestly who doesn't! We are loyal customers and always get the same thing every weekend. I was so upset I nearly cried Food was wrong, I was charged almost twenty dollars more then usual, and I was treated so poorly. It wouldn't be a big deal but it wasn't even good or well prepared. Crust was wrong, sauce all over the box and literally none on my pizza it was a complete disaster. To top it off the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Sadly we got no refund and my kids were very unhappy. I will take my loyalty and hard earned money somewhere else

I'm just like Kevin, love pizza with cheese only. It's more than delicious here. It's hard to resist it, so it hard explaining how delicious it is. Just try it, and you'll never forget it:)

I am writing this review, not in reference to the Pizza Hut food, but in reference to the latest commercial with Craig Robinson making fun of another actor in the commercial – classic bullying! Pizza Hut management should be ashamed to air this commercial where children can see and mimic this behavior. Never purchasing again from Pizza Hut.

I order pizza hut by zomato but by mistake i couldn't change the flavor and place order button was clicked.
Immediately I contact zomato to change my flavours. They confirmed me that it has been changed but I still received the old order. And now they are not accepting it and no refund at all... it was a very bad experience.

I also called pizza hut restaurant for the same after placing order and even my order was not changed. Pizza hut customer service later accepted that it was their mistake but they cannot do anything now.

Very bad performance from both ends.

Caught the assistant manager stealing tips from the server brought it to the attention of the manager who once I proved to the manager about the stolen tips offered to pay the money to the server out of the safe but the assistant manager was allowed to keep stolen tips and was never reprimanded or fired and the server was let go. Sad day in pizza huts history that tips to the server are stolen from the assistant manager and nothing is done. Wont ever be back, corporate here I come

Pizza Hut Cottonwood AZ is the worst Pizza Hut in America (maybe the world). My pizza did not match order. Told the worker when I saw it but he said it was what I ordered. I went into the store to correct it but I was asked to pay for the second pizza which I refused. When home to get my online order and returned to show them that it was not what was ordered but they said that only the mushrooms were missing. I asked them to remake the order but they refused. They took the pizza back and threw it into the trashcan and said I would get a refund in about 3 days. I asked for a receipt or a signature to show that the pizza was returned and was told NO! What ever happened to "Customer Service" or "Pride in your work"?

They under new management with the manager being gay and the area manager being gay. The manager never washes his hands unless he is told to and he is nasty had no electricity to take a shower so u wouldn't eat anything he came in contact with because he says his boyfriend is real sick going to the doctor every week obviously AIDS and I would be scared to to that restaurant. They fired the only one that brought it out of the gutter. And now it will be back in the gutter with two fag boys. The dough they use is old dough they just change the dates on it and keep using it. And they say they don't go to certain areas because of crime but it's because they are prejudice and don't deliver to people of color
