I ordered some pizzas for a New Year's party. My friends and I liked everything, it was very tasty! Fresh, quality pizza. Perfect for parties. I'll order again.
I called to place an order. I could not understand the woman that answered the phone and asked if someone else could take my order. She hangs up on me. I called back and a guy answered. He had a little better English. I told him what I wanted for delivery and want to pay by card and he hangs up. 3 more calls and I was hung up on all 3 times. I never gave my card number and had no confirmation on my order. A half hour later a young guy shows up at my door with my food and told me what I owed. I told him I was hung up on 5 times and I don't want the food. I didn't have cash that's why I wanted to pay by card. I felt very bad for the young guy that was caught in the middle of this mess. After he left I called back to pizza hut and when a guy answered he asked if this call was for delivery or pick up I said neither and he hangs up on me again. I will never order anything from Pizza hut in Quakertown, Pa again. On a scale of 0-10 they would certainly get the 0.

Called in order, arrived in 18 minutes, cashier couldn't find order, manager came to cashier, and said I'd have to wait. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked about the status of my order. The manager said that another customer came in and said his name was — Lon. (This is not my name, but was assigned to my phone number because the cashier didn't bother to ask the spelling of my name, years ago.) That customer was there when I arrived at the store. Manager said she gave the order to the previous customer because he identified himself as Lon.

When I entered the store, my name was not displayed on the screen. The cashier asked the manager and the manager said I'd have to wait. After waiting 15 minutes, since I had already paid for my order when I arrived, the manager said another customer was given my order, at 1 of 6,832 stores in the United States is well below 1.5%.
The manager blamed the customer, said she didn't make a mistake, and said she was short of staff (I've never seen that many employees in all the years I lived in the area, 50 years).
I'll spend the additional dollars at a nearby independent pizza store since my loyalty is not important to Pizza Hut. I was even blamed for the snafu!
We went to this place and when we arrived we noticed that the cashier was kind to the person who arrived before and when we were ordering she had attitude and when another person came in she was kind to her. We also noticed that she was arguing with the person who was helping her. We do not agree with the attitude of that cashier. But overall the pizza is good.
Worst customer service EVER! They will hang up on you or just leave you on hold for 40 minutes or more. They don't even care if you call back & explain what happened. They screwed up my order last time & then they do that. They don't care & they never will. Order from somewhere else, because you won't get what you want here. This company is terrible!
My order was late being ready by 16 minutes. I ordered at exactly 3:00 pm, was told ready in 15 minutes. I showed up at the drive through at 3:20 and the employees seemed confused and were unable to find my order and then said it was not quite ready. "A few more minutes". Nah. It was 3:31 before I got my food. I don't think my order had even been started until I showed up judging by the employees confusion and additional wait time. Then, I get home to find they had given me plain fries, NOT Cajun as ordered. Also, they gave me the Icing when I had ordered the cream frosting. It took a trip back to the OTTAWA IL store to correct those issues. No apology from the manager was ever given. She even told me it would only take a couple minutes for the correct fries. Wrong again, it was a 10 minute wait. Got home, settled in to eat and discovered that 2 of the sandwiches ordered had NO SAUCE containers in the box. Being angry by this time, I chose not to make a 3rd trip back to the store. No offer to discount the price of the food despite numerous failings on employees part that resulted in me eating barely warm food with still missing items after 2 trips to the same store and a wait time more than double what I was lead to believe. Also, the store was NOT slammed with customers. 1 table inside of 9 people, 4 adults, 5 children, and I saw a male employee exit the store and fiddle with his car for several minutes while I was waiting. No excuse for their numerous failures and lack of concern about making it right. I filled out their email survey about my experience and the regional manager emailed me in 1 day and sent me a coupon to cover the entire dinner order, apologized and stated she would be investigating what happened. Good on the regional manager. I will use that coupon and hope it all goes well this time.

I think it's a really good pizza, price is not expensive, also had a really chat with their stuff, they were really nice, I would only like more toppings on pizza, but neverless it's really good.

Horrible. Not what it use to be. No cheese. Barely any topping. Ordered 2 pizzas cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. Wasted my hard earned money on this crap. Clinton Twp mi. 14 mile. I had to rate a star so that I could post. Not deserving of even one star
Literally was about to take a slice of pizza from one of the trays and the lady told me to leave it and took the tray, despite seeing me trying to get it and put it on my plate. Yet the lady didn't do it to my two younger sisters or my mother. Pretty poor. Salad bar was terrible too, had a bunch of salads yet no type of lettuce what so ever. Crappy. Paid all you can eat for this.

I reached out to their corporate the same day and received a canned response saying I'd hear back from someone w/in 3 days. It's a month later now and I've reached out several more times, but now they ignore me.

I am satisfied with all the orders made so far. I love their pizzas and order frequently from them. They all were fresh, crispy and full of melted cheese just as l like.
Horrible service! Wrong delivery! Rude and insulting on the phone! Hung up only irritate! Delivery drive left without bringing 2 orders of wings. Rather than fix this by sending another delivery person, they offered to credit back my account. That is not a satisfactory solution. The initial delivery took 45 minutes to arrive. They said the second delivery would take an hour.
Ricardo is the manager. If he is the lead customer service face for that store, don't count on getting treated right.
At the ripe old age of 55, I remember when Pizza Hut was actually good, not the skimpy, production line crap that it is now. I would rather lick the moist underside of a freshly peeled scab than waste my money on this typically, substandard relic of what Pizza Hut used to be. The slice on the left is their thin crust. Paper thin. If you doubled it up, it might pass for single ply toilet paper. The slice on the right is supposed to be "Hand Tossed". Still not as thick as a normal thin crust should be. I hand tossed it into the garbage. Neither pizza had any more sauce than if a parched Italian had sneezed on them. Don't worry Pizza Hut. You are not alone. None of the corporate franchise restaurants are worth the time it takes to puke up their food before it destroys our collective colons. You're in good company.

Pizza hut is out of the pizza business, and now is grooming our youngest children via indoctrinating them with books. Repugnant. Boycott this filth of a woke company. Never pizza hut. Ordered a large meat lovers pan pizza from the State Road 16 store in St Augustine,FL it was the worst pizza I've ever had. Hardly any sauce, what cheese there was was not even melted and the middle of the crust was almost raw. It will be the last time I will order pizza from Pizza Hut.

The reason for my 1 star review was that my order was cold.
The calzone was rock hard - there was no option to add more sauce to it.

The last pizza I got from them was halfway done and didn't taste good either. The only response from them was they were sorry.
I decided to try a sandwich and wings this time. The order didn't even show up this time.
We've watched them change their pan pizza recipe and they aren't nearly as good as they used to be. Then they discontinued their crust flavors. Then they stopped offering free peppers and Parmesan cheese. But this tears it.
One week has gone by. I told Pizza Hut about this incident a week ago, and NO response from them at all.
I won't order from them again. This is completely unacceptable. Keep this up and they won't have a business for long.

I been waiting for pizza hut to refund my money
This been going on for over four months. My first order the worker's walk off the job, so they couldn't deliver my order and I was to receive a refund.
So I decided to give them a second chance and guess what my order was never delivered.
So someone called me a month or two ago and said I should be getting my refund shortly. But that was a lie, basically pizza hut stole my money. Pizza Hut I need my refund ASAP.

I don't think I really need to comment, as the picture says it all. After a brief call to PH, I was promised a free pizza. Guess what, no free PIZZA. I live about 100 miles to the nearest PH and was always my favorite place to eat.not now
Gotta tell you. It was late at night and we were hungry. They made it perfect. Hot and tasty. Very polite for a late night order!
Pizzahut is a really good pizza place, really love it! My favourite is not the pizza, but the crust with cheese in it, simply delicious. Highly recommend to try out the cheese crust!
Pizza Hut Cottonwood AZ is the worst Pizza Hut in America (maybe the world). My pizza did not match order. Told the worker when I saw it but he said it was what I ordered. I went into the store to correct it but I was asked to pay for the second pizza which I refused. When home to get my online order and returned to show them that it was not what was ordered but they said that only the mushrooms were missing. I asked them to remake the order but they refused. They took the pizza back and threw it into the trashcan and said I would get a refund in about 3 days. I asked for a receipt or a signature to show that the pizza was returned and was told NO! What ever happened to "Customer Service" or "Pride in your work"?
