Called for delivery and was told they had no wings available. What? So wing street is obsolete? Ordered anyway and got a veg pizza with no sauce. Not to mention I asked several times for parmesan cheese and didnt get any. Meat lovers was good and fresh. Delivery was on time! Not a fan of centralized phone orders
They got the entire order wrong and then they hung up in my face 5 times and then they told me that they would deliver but instead I had to go all the way there to get it
They just can't seem to get my pizza right. Every time I order the same pizza from the same store and I have too send it back. Contacted Corporate and they don't care. If they did this would not be happening. SAD.
I love the Pizza Hut in OC, MD. The staff is very polite and helpful. Veggie pizza tastes delicious with a blue cheese dressing. Moreover, it doesn't take a long time to get pizza ready, the delivery is fast as well as takeaway works fine.
Ordered barbecue ribs not all had sauce, Tuscana chicken Alfredo they sent out new barbecue wings and I called and talked to them we hadn't ate the chicken alfredo yet until about 9 and we were very disturbed of the sour taste it. I'm not sure what's going on and why it tastes different this time but we were not happy. Woke up during the middle of night also with severe stomach cramps I don't think I order again and I'm a very good customer order at least once a week so this is kind of sad.
Quality of the food, good. Ordered meaty marinara supreme. From past experience I had to order extra sauce because if I didn't it is actually dry. So my issue with Pizza Hut is not the quality or taste of their food, it is the quantity. The portions are very small. They have also changed their to go packaging. The containers appear large but they are so shallow. Just an illusion meant to trick consumers. Lastly the cost. I feel compared to their competitors Pizza Hut is very costly, especially for the size of the portions.
I really like this place! They have good service, good food, and a fun atmosphere! I have been a few times with my kids and each time we leave feeling like we need to tell more people about this place. Give this place a try, it is really tasty!
I think it's a really good pizza, price is not expensive, also had a really chat with their stuff, they were really nice, I would only like more toppings on pizza, but neverless it's really good.
This company use a female staff touch you but say you touch her and ask a male staff physical fight you out, attack you. This is the way that they kick out the staff.

Not all pizza huts are the same. The service and quality differ from location to location. The one in Bishopville provided fantastic service and the pizza was great... didn't have the old dead look that you get from some places.

I purchased a pizza for a second time past couple months and thought the first pizza with the skimpy toppings was just an employees lack of training possibly? But then today I ordered one with 3 toppings Ham, pineapple and onions and Literally the pizza had maybe 2 pieces of pineapple, one sm piece of onion and one sm piece of ham on each slice. This is a Disgrace! I don't expect tons of toppings on my pizza, but I do expect a decent amt that you can at least Taste the Topping you Purchased... I been waiting for pizza hut to refund my money
This been going on for over four months. My first order the worker's walk off the job, so they couldn't deliver my order and I was to receive a refund.
So I decided to give them a second chance and guess what my order was never delivered.
So someone called me a month or two ago and said I should be getting my refund shortly. But that was a lie, basically pizza hut stole my money. Pizza Hut I need my refund ASAP.
This makes ordering a pizza so easy! I use it all the time! I think the pizza got there faster than if I would have called. Yea the food quality isn't the best but they are cheap and if I'm running late from work, it's right up my alley. You want good quality pizza you have to go to the small hole in the wall family owned serve it by the slice joint! This is the McDonalds of the pizza industry and I've had worse!
Took an order for delivery online. 1.5 hours later ( and 45 minute after the estimates delivery time) and nothing. Tried calling twice; but no response. Wouldn't recommend unless you have plenty of people to pitch in for a cheap feast.

Manager Alex doesnt wear a mask when making Pizzas. I saw employees changing jobs or picking things up off the floor. I never saw anyone change gloves. According to Alex refunds are done by the customer by sending an email in. Ask about the address and he gets angry. They don't respect or treat the customer well. Goto a different Pizza Hut avoid this one. There are others nearby.
We use the app and get charged double what the app says! So we call the store. Of course they have no idea and have zero knowledge on how to correct, however we are told this happens a lot. We call the headquarters ( customer service) they too say they are aware the app is wrong but the company continues to advertise false prices! Ummm yes, I'm taking this beyond this review. This is actually a huge liability. I already have 609 names on a claim - app ordering prices bs the actual charge! Stay tuned
I don't think I really need to comment, as the picture says it all. After a brief call to PH, I was promised a free pizza. Guess what, no free PIZZA. I live about 100 miles to the nearest PH and was always my favorite place to eat.not now
Safety standards for Covid 19 were not followed: no curbside pick-up although I called twice & was clearly parked in front of the store, no masks except when they hastily put them on when I entered the store after waiting for over 20 minutes, asked for a signature although I had paid online, & the employee was coughing. I will go to another location from now on.
When I got there for my food I was already about 10 mins late I still had to wait for my wings I got home my pizza was old as $#*! wings were not even that hot so I don't understand why I waited and my Hershey's cookie was not even cut! Also my husband found a hair in his pizza! Horrible service!
