I been waiting for pizza hut to refund my money
This been going on for over four months. My first order the worker's walk off the job, so they couldn't deliver my order and I was to receive a refund.
So I decided to give them a second chance and guess what my order was never delivered.
So someone called me a month or two ago and said I should be getting my refund shortly. But that was a lie, basically pizza hut stole my money. Pizza Hut I need my refund ASAP.

I order pizza hut by zomato but by mistake i couldn't change the flavor and place order button was clicked.
Immediately I contact zomato to change my flavours. They confirmed me that it has been changed but I still received the old order. And now they are not accepting it and no refund at all... it was a very bad experience.

I also called pizza hut restaurant for the same after placing order and even my order was not changed. Pizza hut customer service later accepted that it was their mistake but they cannot do anything now.

Very bad performance from both ends.

This company use a female staff touch you but say you touch her and ask a male staff physical fight you out, attack you. This is the way that they kick out the staff.
I have co-worker witness she touch me and physical attack me. Is this discrimination?
Nowaday, many people, woman, use sexual harresment as weapon. Even President Joe, no woman history, will complain by woman.

2nd from last pizza was burnt to a crisp. This one was dry as dust like it was petrified. Will never go back to pizza hut

The driver dropped the order by my door then left. He failed to even attempt to ring my bell or knock on my door.
I reached out to their corporate the same day and received a canned response saying I'd hear back from someone w/in 3 days. It's a month later now and I've reached out several more times, but now they ignore me.

Literally was about to take a slice of pizza from one of the trays and the lady told me to leave it and took the tray, despite seeing me trying to get it and put it on my plate. Yet the lady didn't do it to my two younger sisters or my mother. Pretty poor. Salad bar was terrible too, had a bunch of salads yet no type of lettuce what so ever. Crappy. Paid all you can eat for this.

I am writing this review, not in reference to the Pizza Hut food, but in reference to the latest commercial with Craig Robinson making fun of another actor in the commercial – classic bullying! Pizza Hut management should be ashamed to air this commercial where children can see and mimic this behavior. Never purchasing again from Pizza Hut.

Employees smoking marijuana and drinking inside facility and out back manager Roy told 2 different employees when they dropped chicken wings and bone out wings on floor told them to pick it up and put in container and served it to customers delivery driver Troy drinking while on job and in facility maria a manager constantly kissing boyfriend Troy Infront of customers and in office Main Manager Daniel knows and allows it to continually go on and says nothing's Andi another cook threw Full pizza pans on make table when coworkers said she is off at 8:30pm corporate needs to view their surveillance cameras to see how nasty and dirty these people are and how they handle your food go out smoking their marijuana and cigarettes and then come in without washing their bare hands and touching your food and serving that stuff to you all The ones using weed on premise while on clock Micheal Tary Felix William aka Andy I will be heading to the health department and making this report as well to them I also called corporate office Troy Maria 2 other delivery drivers and a server Deming New Mexico Franchise

I ordered the big box, cheese was not melted look like government cheese, I put it in the oven still wouldn't melt, the Alfredo was not fully cooked rock hard... I'm so pisted right now...
Make sure that you tip the drive in his hand because the store don't give them all their tip smdh

Horrible. Not what it use to be. No cheese. Barely any topping. Ordered 2 pizzas cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. Wasted my hard earned money on this crap. Clinton Twp mi. 14 mile. I had to rate a star so that I could post. Not deserving of even one star

I dealt with pizza hut at 1949 Finch Avenue phone number *******313 was horrible. The first time I ordered macaroni with bacon and they didn't send me any utensils or napkins. I stopped ordering anything from pizza hut so I thought about it and I do like the way that pizza hut makes there pizza so I started ordering pizza again I ended getting 5 points online which enables me to get a free pizza with 2 toppings on the pizza when I tried to get it on super bowl Sunday I was told that I have to come in and get the pizza I am handicapped I can't walk why when I ordered 5 pizzas before that they didn't tell me I have to come in and get the pizza. At the ripe old age of 55, I remember when Pizza Hut was actually good, not the skimpy, production line crap that it is now. I would rather lick the moist underside of a freshly peeled scab than waste my money on this typically, substandard relic of what Pizza Hut used to be. The slice on the left is their thin crust. Paper thin. If you doubled it up, it might pass for single ply toilet paper. The slice on the right is supposed to be "Hand Tossed". Still not as thick as a normal thin crust should be. I hand tossed it into the garbage. Neither pizza had any more sauce than if a parched Italian had sneezed on them. Don't worry Pizza Hut. You are not alone. None of the corporate franchise restaurants are worth the time it takes to puke up their food before it destroys our collective colons. You're in good company.

Last night I ordered two pizza and wings. Now the Hawaiian style pizza the everything was burned. The other pizza really didn't have any cheese. Now I spent 56$ for WHAT! IM PISSSED OFF AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM!

Worst experience ever, I promised two years ago I would never ever order again but I figured it's been a long time I'll try again and biggggg mistake, I made my order at 748 it's now 1015 and still nothing delivery was promised 25-35 mins, I have been on hold twice once for 19 mins and again for 27 mins I placed it online so it's already paid for 35$ and they never pick up the phone, they got a staff full of young ghetto unprofessional people, they will curse u and scream over the phone even if it's their fault, I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in the food for their own laughs, now if I don't get my food what happens to my money what I have to wait 3-5 days for it to go back this is nuts they shouldn't accept the order it's just crazy please avoid anything from Broadway Ave Cleveland Ohio location

There was a time when no one else was close to the quality of pizza hut, now you might as well buy from a cheaper place.
