Answer: We worked with these guys to develop an app for our Shopify Store. We showed them a similar app of a competitor and they said they were totally capable of doing. Well, after 6 months of delaying the project they delivered us a basic app that wasn't even close of what we asked for. It had bugs and it was completely unusable from a user perspective. We asked them to fix the bugs and to make the app user friendly and they cameback to us saying their developers couldn't get any further. In other words: take it or leave it. It is here when we asked them for a refund as we were not happy at all with the final result and they refused to return us the money even though in their company website says 100% money back guaranteed. So now we have no app and lost the initial investment.
