ID BEEN USING PINZOO FOR 4 YEARS.THEN MY EMAIL SAID INVALID./WAS REROUTED TO PURCHASE MINUTES.3 CHARGES WENT THROUGH WHEN I PUSHED NEED HELP?
BANK NOTIFIED ME OF FRAUD CHARGES.I WAS SURPRISED AND DISAPPOINTED.I CALLED OFFICE SEVERAL WEEKS AGO TO REPORT THE PROBLEM AND TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER DELETED.NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK.I WOULD NOT REFER YOUR SERVICES TO A COMPANY WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUISNESS IS SO VAGUE AND DIFFUSE.
Purchased 3 refills but cancelled 1 out of the 3 refills and has not yet refunded me so far. Pinzoo cancelled multiple orders without any notification, so you have to go back and check every few hours. One of the worst companies

No! Sales tax... And then?
No! Miscellaneous local fees... And then?
No! Traveling to retail store to wait in line...
The card is even added to my wireless account automatically so I don't have to call my provider and enter some 147 digit number...

The one experience I had with customer service was very pleasant and my issue was resolved very quickly.
This company will take your money but will never issue a refund for any reason even when you didn't get your minute which is against what they advertise on their website. Better buy from your provider or other companies. Terrible customer service.
It takes hours and on some occasions a day to receive minutes. My phone has been turned off many times because they do not approve orders in a timely manner. My account has also been charged for orders that I did not recieve. The customer service is horrible and they were no help. I would not recommend this company, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
Very happy for several years. Initial use had hicup with credit card but that I attribute to PinZoo making sure all was kosha. Not a high profit company with tons of phone support. 4 stars cause always ways to improve and who reads the 5 star reviews anyway.

I Have been using Pinzoo for 10+ years.I love the ease of re-ordering minutes. I love that my minutes are mine until I use them! I don't spend a lot of time talking on the phone, I use mine mostly for texts and short calls, consequently I am buying minutes every other month, so my average 'phone bill' is $15.00 per month. Can't beat it!
So i was having trouble contacting them because my internet cut out. But when i finally contacted them i accidentally said the wrong number. The lady told me she would fix it by cancelling with at&t and switch my number... but instead they took my money and cancelled my order entirely without doing what they promised. PINZOO GIVE ME MY REFUND!
I purchased air time and was promised bonus code after purchase. Never happened and called representative who said it was too late to enter any extra minutes. False advertisement. Do not purchase pinzoo products. Scam.
Y Nobody is sincere about miscarriages. Service sucks.
They do not respond to even messages.
They play games.
As I write a critical comment, they do everything possible to prevent it from coming through.
They alter facts and documents. All of one weekend I had no service till following Tuesday following payment made on the Friday before.
Pin Zoo is a joke. I've called them everyday every minute every hour every second. Then I can automate it reply that says sorry we're closed. Don't use Pin Zoo they are a joke.
Paid for product yesterday, no product. Customer service called this morning, told us 5 mins till product was delivered... Hours later still no product, called customer service back many times still no product. No contact after 6 pm, terrible service. DO NOT USE PINZOO! TERRIBLE SITE!

I ordered 12 US dollar card to MTN for Afghanistan and 99 cent for online fee but they top up the phone only 7 US dollar when i called the customer service to asked about it.and their respond was we dont know and how much currency rate change to Afghanee no idea and i asked them how much the MTN top up my cell phone no idea it is a scum likely
I ordered PINZOO and the minutes did not apply to the phone as they stated. They took my money and my phone still doesn't have minutes. I called again to have them refund since the minutes would not work. The rep stated that he saw that they applied the minutes and he didn't know why the minutes were not working on the phone. He said after the minutes were applied (even though they never worked) there was nothing they could do to provide a refund. If you want your money stolen and you want to be ripped off, buy at PINZOO. If not, go to a reputable distributor of mobile minutes.
Every time I re-order I have to reset my password and jump through hoops to get it done. Why? It is frustrating, time consuming. It really is not much better than going to the store to buy the minutes.
I ordered a net10 airtime card received an auto message saying my order was approved and my airtime would be added soon. It's 1hr later I still have not received my airtime & no one is answering the phone at pinzoo. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
In the process of canceling my minutes purchased! I ordered minutes and never received them. Called them (Monday approx. 10am) and buisness was closed. Yet the answering service said open from 9-6 mon to fri.
They took 24 hours to activate my phone but sent wrong sim card. No one to talk to on Saturday until noon instead of 9am. Had to talk to several reps had to repeat problem over and over. One rep just quit talking to me, she was still on the line, I could hear other reps talking, I kept asking if she was there but she wouldn't answer, If you think I was being rude or angry I wasn't at all. I was asking for help. So I had to hang up and start all over again! I went to Net10. Then got an email from pinzoo wanting my phone number. I gave it to them 30 times they activated my phone supposedly but didn't have my number. They reminded me that i had already paid $44.00. I e mailed back and requested a refund since they were unable to activate my phone and sent the wrong sim card and left me without my phone for 4 days. I don't know whether they will send it back or not I hope so. We'll see. After reading other reviews on other sites it doesn't look good.
NEVER... EVER use these guts. Terrible with their process. Mistakenly used their site instead of Net 10 themselves. Never again! I would rate 0 but 1 is as low as you can go!
