Pinterest obviously does not vet who they advertise for. RRLGems out of the UK do not buy. Customer service is terrible. I ordered a custom dress and got a too small off the rack dress that they want me to return to get a refund. I am in Canada, not paying $65 shipping for a $100 dress. No good solutions from them. I feel SCAMMED
Loved for 10+ years, but can't anymore as the site is mostly ads now, can't scroll without seeing at least 10 ads within 5 scrolls. When you search for a pin be ready for like 1 pin to show up in a pool of ads (EVEN if it doesn't auto check the "products only" search). It's honestly so disappointing how it's turned out to be. Oh yeah, and don't forget the threatening account deletion emails about copyright notices, Guideline breaking, and pin deletions for pins YOU DIDN'T EVEN POST. It's just so disappointing.
Every day could be your last on Pinterest with crappy moderation, AI generated content, and unjustified banning of pins on a wimp without bothering with appeals. It's a joke at this point. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR MAKE AN ACCOUNT! IT SUCKS
I'm leaving pintererst because I got banned but i didn't break any rules at all. I'm just going to create my own website for myself. The end.
I got some pins saved then deleted. You also cannot make your profile private. And lastly I find pinterest moderation just unreasonable to deal with. So F*ck pinterest I will not be coming back. But yes i will save those pins onto my docs for memory of course like i said.
Maybe I'll try smoke signals or drums next time, or something that is VERY, VERY LOUD to TALK to them.Is this what our business are becoming.? SICK 👎🙁🙁😒😟😕
Pinterest literally feels they have the right to tell people how to run their websites. Launched our company on 9/7/23, Knock Off LLC, a cough suppressant. We have everything on sale for the first month of Grand Opening. Pinterest tried to force up to remove the sale status from OUR website. Wanted us to change "Refund Policy" to "Return Policy" on our website. Claimed broken social links, we have none. Bottom line, Pinterest is not a governing body and therefore has no right to tell American's how to run their business, online or otherwise. Not to mention, they're incorrect. Check our site for yourself. There are always other options and Pinterest doesn't have the only game in town. They literally have a holier than thou attitude and I for one will no longer succumb and bend to the will of Social Networks. They DO NOT run this country, we do!
Elimuhub Tuition And Consultants is a great service for tutoring. They have a Pinterest app that lets me advertise, create awareness, book sessions, access materials, and track progress. The app is user-friendly, reliable, and fun. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their grades and confidence.
Ordered lobster tails on pinterest Christmas 23. Never heard a damn thing. Money was taken 2 days after ordering from my bank account. Still to this day 3/7/24 haven't heard a goddamn thing and yes I am pissed. Pinterest seems to be a place where criminals can play their games. Pinterest needs to do alot better at policing their website. In my book pinterest sucks real bad!
Pinterest is a treasure trove of inspiring ideas for every interest, offering a visual discovery platform that fuels creativity and exploration. Whether I'm planning a home renovation, searching for recipe inspiration, or gathering travel tips, Pinterest offers a wealth of curated content and user-generated pins to spark ideas. I appreciate the intuitive search functionality and the ability to save and organize pins into themed boards. Pinterest has become my go-to source for discovering new interests and fueling my passions
Pinterest used to fun, but then they bombarded us with promoted pins and sponsored content and now I see more of those pins than I do from people that I follow. On top of that, they've removed a pin that I had on a secret board of a model in daisy dukes and a cowboy hat because it was supposedly too adult, even though she was fully clothed (and remember this was on a secret board anyway). Nevermind the fact that that secret board has plenty of provocative photos pinned on it, but none of those were removed. It's my conclusion that they've removed it because she was wearing a cowboy hat and they are discriminating against that culture.
Every other day Pinterest stops loading and shows the error/no internet screen from the laptop, and VPN is needed to use the app smoothly on phones too. I shouldn't have to reiterate as to why this is incredibly infuriating. Please work on your servers, Pinterest used to work completely fine just months back- and ps: no it's not my internet that's the problem.
This website is Good And Horrible...They have members coming on there loading up pictures that others think is fine to pin on they page shared...But once you share it they come after you and take down all the pins and threaten to take your profile because of this B.s.They should go after the person who uploading these pictures on this website! Not the person who is sharing the pin...This website is to sensitive and need to grow the Hell up! And find a better solution and banned the members who bringing this b.s on this site...
Until recently i have had no accusations of a breach of community standards. Suddenly there is a torrent of breaches? Why? One was regarding a pin of ethnic music. I cant know exactly what pin because the links for you to review the said pin take you to the file it was in, but doesn't identify the exact pin ever, which has been the same for previous accusations of breach. Since everything was just foreign music in that file, what exactly went against their standards? Is it because the music wasn't english or American? Racist? Its impossible to talk to anyone no matter how hard you try, and if you ever get an email reply, it quotes a link for their community standards which is completely irrelevant to my links, because I only save the occasional recommendation pinterest send me! If they had a problem, it was a problem before they recommended it to me, so th iney should never have offered it!
I will say that Pinterest needs to step up their game in every single way. It's personally disgusting to me how Pinterest will neglect pins being made in regards to misandry, cyberbullying, and death threats and how it has gotten so bad that you feel scared of even saying how you feel or what you have learned should the Pinterest users angrily dismiss or bully the hell out of you for things that are just your own opinion of a show or what not. Pinterest needs to not only makes some helpful updates to help their website technologically but they need to be more responsible in upholding the policies that are there to make Pinterest what it once WAS; a safe place.
I have complained a lot about Pinterest. I will keep it frank. There's severe cyberbullying, belittlement, and Pinterest will either listen to your reports or neglect your cries in which you will need a team of people to back you up just so they can take some action against an issue they should themselves take accountability in fixing. I will say, Pinterest is so internally painful to be around. The users are so callous, dismissive, evil, and will even see your attempts to respect them as attacks on them. It doesn't matter if you respect them, if you don't support them, You are automatically the bad guy to them. I just wish Pinterest took more responsibility in their technological issues, balancing the use of ads and made useful changes to their website, and was more responsible, firmer, and kinder with enforcing their policies that they have been failing to uphold.
They are constantly deleting pins stating that it's in violation, HOW when they are on site "to pin" they are "regular" none violent, none harmful in any way and I do not have "secret boards"! This never used to happen and I've been pinning since the nineties, it feels harassing. If they have issues with pins on their website remove them from the people who POSTED them initially.
They deleted my entire account once and I had a conniption as I pin as a form of therapy, I see peoples accounts that are disgusting and filthy? Anyone can see mine and know I pin "normal" things.
I purchased a silicone mold for a doll, It arrived eventually. A large slab of green floppy jelly like texture that looked like it had been hacked with a blunt knife. One ear missing. Purchase not fit for purpose. Have been given the runaround and have had to open a case with PayPal. Photos of useless mold sent. Now have had to send rubbish back and seems I have to pay for return. Will wait and see if my postage gets reimbursed or not. These awful people think you will give up, dont! Keep going. Horrible people out there waiting to take your money. The seller should pay for postage when the purchase is not as described or in my case total rubbish.
Will never happen again for sure, a lesson learned and much time wasted on some money grabbing greedy chancer.
They advertise fake websites. I got scammed. I told them. They said they would take the site down. But it's still in there. I keep writing to tell them. They blocked me. They are scammers too. I would not use there website stay ofc
I bought a pair of shoes from a merchant showing Clark shoes. When the shoes came three weeks later, they were definitely NOT Clarks. They were some weird sewn together red shoes that did not have a size,no brand name and were way too big. No way to send them back. Pinterest claims to not allow misrepresentation of product but that's a lie. The same shoes are all over the boards, even though I reported them as misleading.
Pinterest customer service is the worst I've experienced and it amazes me that as big of a company they are, that they can't do better in customer service. All of my encounters have been what seem to be easy fixes but they just refuse to fix. Here are a couple things that have happened that have really bothered me... almost feels like I got tricked by them. First they offer me $60 credit to run ads. I run ads on Facebook and thought I'll go ahead and give this a try. After spending time to set up my Pinterest ads account and put in my billing card info, they kept denying my ad. Eventually I lost the $60 credit. Then next they offer me $30 credit, so I give it another try. I spent hours learning Pinterest ads and setting up the campaigns, launched my ad and the $30 credit that was available just hours before was no longer available. I contacted the company and they did nothing to help.
The service is quite fun to use and very convenient as I can store different materials in one place. However it has ads and some content stored by other users may be unsafe to minors - take care knowing that!
Answer: I warned everyone about what a piece of crap pinterest is and now their true colors are showing. #PinterestSucks
Answer: I was sent a message on May 29th alerting me of my suspension, with no explanation, only that they would be sending an email explaining why. I sent an email to their help desk explaining I was a long time member with thousands of posts, none of which I considered to be against their policy. They acknowledged my email and said I'd get a reply shortly. I have not heard back nor do I expect to. This is not the first time this has happened and I have learned my lesson. They have no regard for their members and their customer service is nonexistent. Never again!
Pinterest has a rating of 1.6 stars from 477 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Pinterest most frequently mention customer service, multiple times and email address. Pinterest ranks 504th among Social Network sites.
