Hi there. My account was suspended, without any notice. When I tried to contact them, after sending 8 emails, I received no response. All I wanted was a reasonable answer as to why my account was deleted! I only ever pinned things on the pinterest website, and also uploaded images that I had created, by myself and of my own which I chose to share. I never commented on any others pins. My page was full of food, house plans, gardens and photography. Where on earth did I go wrong to deserve suspension of my account??? The only thing I can possibly think of is that they deleted me because I chose to question their service on their facebook page. Unbelievable!!! Can someone please invent a NEW style of pinterest for us, without the stupidity??

I was sent a message on May 29th alerting me of my suspension, with no explanation, only that they would be sending an email explaining why. I sent an email to their help desk explaining I was a long time member with thousands of posts, none of which I considered to be against their policy. They acknowledged my email and said I'd get a reply shortly. I have not heard back nor do I expect to. This is not the first time this has happened and I have learned my lesson. They have no regard for their members and their customer service is nonexistent. Never again!

I think the deleted my account because I expressed no interest, and deleted their adverts.

I had a similar experience. Personally I believe they bump non business clients like us who have huge amounts of pins and boards which probably takes up a lot of broadband storage. I guess I was one of the "lucky" few because I received a response:

How nice! No specifics. No apology. Just terse arrogance.
