PQ's original dress is a little expensive but deserves it. The fabric pattern is really flattering, looks so cute, It has an inner panel under the fabric, making it not see-through. I only bought the Pink Queen original clothing at their online store, not others.
I was introduced by my young friend, I had a try to order a set of bikini, the quality is pretty great, and the fit is true to size, I am looking forward to showing it in the coming pool party this weekend.
Their service is average to poor. They go back on their words and always make excuses for not doing their job properly. If you buy their service package, they skip some of the things that are supposed to be part of the package that you have paid for and then they say that it changed.
They forget to notify their customers and you will not be refunded or given another service in place You will end up paying more and receive less.
I boght the same top in 2 separated online store with totally different prices. Pink Queen's price is higher than the other one. But the quality is better. For me, I would like to chose Pink Queen, and the top can be wore longer.
This company did not send me the correct item one outfit had a hole and the other did not show along with stealing money for a shipment that took pass the expedite time to receive This company will not get away with my money guarantee it
I ordered three of the costumes with all the parts leggings skirts hats and gloves. I payed for fast shipping but it didn't ship, that's okay cause I contacted bella aka pink queen and they updates me entire way. With in eight days of ordering my three outfits one was out stock and they all came today(only five days late). They are just as pictures and fit well I believe cause this store is so far out it's takes us a minute to receive goods because it has come so far from china. Expect any goods from another part to take at least 10 days to recieve that is any site not just this one. And for all the bad reviews clothes were perfect as the pics I was very scared after ordering than reading all these reviews and how people have open issues with this company. Just simply email them be polite I was very rude they still helped me I got upset because shipping wasnt as fast, of rather wait and get great quality and what I payed for then get something that's not right because you threaten them. This store has five stars because even tho they was at fault they emailed me back every time, it wasn't but five days late and the quality is perfect. I'm very satisfied and so is my husband who has seen me try on all three of them. They are costumes but to me it's rave gear full skirt fluffy outfits. And I will wear them out and about as planned when purchased. I like being very glamourous with my clothes these set it off. All the outs fits come with skirt with tail, a hood, a shirt, gloves, and fluffies, aka leg warmers.
The website does not tell you how long it will take for you to receive your item, even if you pay about $23.00 for shipping. I contacted them to find out processing would still take about a week, even when paying a large shipping fee. I then asked that they cancel my order, to which they would be charging me a fee even though the item had not shipped yet and I had emailed them immediately for a delivery date. Due to their taking several days to respond to messages, the request was taking longer to cancel then a few minutes. After 10 days, I still had not received my refund. I had to reach out to them again to receive a refund. Luckily it was for the full amount, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
The short sleeves are definitely so much better, I love the different ways pink queen styled them. If the shipping time would be shorter, that's better
I bought a cheerleader costume last month, but it is too small for me, I emailed them and asked for exchanging, they helped me figure it out immediately.
They won't ship. They won't reply to email. They don't answer the phone and their 'Contact Us' is fake. Complete scam, Imo. They're not in Houston as advertised, it's China, and they'll rip you off. All above is my experience and my opinion.
I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this company anymore. I placed an order for the blue cardigan sweater that they have on their website, not only did it take 3 1/2 weeks to receive but it was not what I ordered. I received a piece of thin fabric that was threw together like a shirt with sleeves and was told that there is a slight difference in the appearance of the items from the picture(which is not stated on the website)if I had of known, I wouldn't have purchased the so called cardigan. Then I was told in order to receive my money back I have to pay for shipping and once they receive it, then they would refund me my money... STRAIGHT SCAMMERS!
I should've known better to order from a "company "that doesn't have an actual contact number and wants you to respond by email.

Great transaction, and fantastic for the price! Other reviews made me nervous, but I couldn't resist seeing my wife in these outfits, so tried and found:
- I messed up a size, so emailed them right away. They responded next day, and order was corrected.
- With standard shipping: email in 3 days w/ tracking #; ~13 days of USPS saying "Pre-Shipment"; then updates and delivery 2 days later.
- Quality of material and stiching surprisingly good.
- FYI, I used Paypal.

Love these shoes, they're very cute and colorful, they fit my feet well, and very comfortable to walk on. Aslo, they go well with my daily outfits, make me look very energetic.
I order a large purple long puff coat. It took a month to arrive, I noticed that it was shipped from China, that is why it took so long. Once it arrived, I was so happy to open my coat, and when I saw it and touch the coat you can feel is a really cheap material and it dosent look like a large coat it looks like a small coat. I would not buy anything else from this shop.

I ordered two coats from pinkqueen.com on October 20,2020 and its now Nov. 13,2020 and i still have NOT gotten a tracking number. Ive asked for a tracking number 4 times and i keep getting the same response "they have alot of orders for the same thing and it will be a while." But here is the problem, the website isnt even showing that i ordered it. Then i decided to do my research on this site and found that 95% of people had a problem with this site. Dont do what i did and research after the fact cause now i cant even get my full refund. Why you ask? Because they have a rule that if you dont cancel within 24hours they will not refund you your entire payment. Dont buy from this site or its sister sites. I dont know what the sister sites are. I only know that pinkqueen has sister sites because of the other complaints. But now i am more determine to do my research before ordering anything online.

**AVOID**! I ordered a halloween costume for my son WEEKS before Halloween. It took them over a week just to process the order. When I asked for a cancellation of the order I was told they would take a cancellation fee So I just crossed my fingers and hoped it would arrive in time. I didn't receive the costume until a week AFTER Halloween and the costume was very poor quality. I would NEVER order from this company again. EVER. If I could give zero stars I would.

WARNING WARNING WARNING. BOGUS SITE. I bought two swimsuits from Pink Queen which are made in Asia. The fit is horrible. The styles look nothing like the picture. The swimsuits were cheaply made, ill fitting, and HIDEOUS. These items are truly disgusting and it would be better to burn your money than to buy any of this crap! I ordered a dallas cowboys costume outfits for my play, customer service emailed and remindered me the size is some kind of smaller than usual, suggested the size XL. Eventually the size XL is just fit to me, tks for your kind reminder, rather than return
I have emailed this company 4 times without any corosponce back from them. I purchased a dress Jan 31st and its February 21st and no tracking so far. Their website states 7 to 14 business days to receive merchandise. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Will be contacting paypal for fraud. BEWARE COMSUMERS!
