Pink Laura is a scam retailer who reposts ad videos from other existing clothing retailers pretending it's their own designs. You only learn the fraud once you receive the items after obvious misinterpretation including different materials, poor design and cheap quality and despite having a full refund policy, they don't allow you to return the merchandise and honor your refund by not providing the return address and claiming the shipment will cost you $50 US and instead try to convince clients to take a 10-20% discount instead.

Despite repeated emails and requests, they consistently reply with excuses for the quality of their products by blaming loss of revenue during the pandemic and even play the pity game by saying the offered discount would be deducted from the employee salary.

The return and refund policy page of their website is no longer accessible, where its now written "404 ERROR -Page not found" https://pinklaura.com/pages/**************

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and have not received my order. Nowhere did it say this was shipped from overseas. They make you think it's a USA company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

It was my first time ordering a dress from Pinklaura. It ended up being way too big on me, so I emailed customer service to inquire about a refund or exchange. Every time I got a reply, it was from a different person and no resolution, other than I was offered a 10% discount and I keep the dress that I can't even wear. My last email was dated August 29,2023 and I still haven't received a reply back. I will have to sell the dress online and take a loss. I won't be ordering from this company ever again!

The 2023 New Drawstring Waist Bodycon Dress i bought was terrible quality for the price and when i contacted customer service for a refund they would only refund me 5% which was $2 unless i wanted to send the item back at my own cost which would have cost me more than half of the actual product. They blamed covid for low profits which had nothing to do with me wanting a refund and online stores did better during covid anyway.

I bought 2 rompers, neither even looked remotely like the pictures. Horrible fabric, not even the same color that was advertised. Product came from China and stunk like formaldehyde.

This company is a total scam! They used stolen video of a product from a small business in the US which I didn't know until after clicking purchase. Then, I received no tracking info for over a week despite the website saying 5-7 day shipping. When I reached out k was told it would be 2-3 more weeks. I asked them to cancel the order. Instead they offered a discount. I asked them again to cancel the order. They told me oh just wait it's coming. I asked a third time to cancel and refund my money immediately and suddenly they send a tracking number but that number leads absolutely nowhere! I've filed complaints with Facebook for allowing their ads and with PayPal. Save yourself some money and a giant headache and avoid them at all costs.

I ordered the denim riffel sleeve dress that was delivered LATE and from China (not expected at all) this site is an absolute scam. Portraying itself as an american company however delivering outrageous products. Ny dress was not the material thatvwas described, sleeves were way shorter then they were advertized, sizing was off AND finger prints were in the acid wash.
I've asked for a refund however have been offered a measly 10% refund...laughable!

Don't do it...SCAM! Do not waste your money or time they are worthlesss in product and communication!

I ordered both of these outfits from Facebook and the quality is terrible. It took over a month to get and I was very disappointed with what I got. The material was suppose to be soft and stretchy but instead it was rough and falling apart. I have been trying to get a refund and to send back the product but I keep getting their customers service personnel arguing with me to send pictures…. I would like to warn anyone trying to order from here to NOT. At this point I gave up on getting my money back but I want others to be aware they are scammers! If I would give them 0 stars I would!

As you can see from the other reviews this website is a scam. I emailed to return and they want to charge me 40 dollars for a return! But for my "satisfaction" they offered me a 10% refund and to keep the items. They are beyond unprofessional and are trying to blame the pandemic to try and make me feel bad. The products are NOWHERE near what is advertised and the package came over a month later blaming it on weather? It's July.

I had a Facebook ad pop up for this shop and I ordered an oversized shirt & biker short set. A month later, I received HALF my order. The quality is awful & cheap. Not at all like what was advertised. I posted what I thought I would be getting for reference.

I ordered the shirt and shorts from what was being advertised on Instagram. What I got was not what an ordered. A knock off and literally came from China. I thought pink Laura was US based. I ordered in June. They couldn't find my order and then found it and finally over a month later I received my order and not what I ordered at all. Such a disappointment. Will not order from Pink Laura again. The pink outfit is what I got. The grey outfit is what I ordered. It's not the same.

I ordered some dresses from Pink Laura and they had very poor fit and fabric. The color of one was very different than displayed, which I can understand, but now the dress is basically unwearable with my skin tone. Another dress had fabric that felt like a shower curtain. I entered a critical review on their website, but they, of course, didn't show it. The dresses were maybe worth half of what I paid ($30 CAD/dress)

The price of goods in this shop is popular, the quality is good, the style, the fabric I am quite satisfied. I will continue to visit the store if needed.
