I ordered a dress from their Australian website. It took 1 month to arrive FROM CHINA and when it did, it was not the same colour as advertised on their website. The colour I received is hideous. I sent them photos side by side by the tried to say it was my camera.lol. Their refund policy is non existent despite saying you can get a refund. When I tried to get a refund I was offered 10% back on what I paid or 15% to spend on something else.

Ripped Off!

Slow Postage

I ordered on December 9th and paid extra to get express postage. They shipped my item 9 days later on December 18th. Not express at all. Didn't get in time for my Christmas party and hopefully may arrive for Christmas Day.

Wish I could give them a minus star. One star is too good. I have tried to contact them to return all the items that was order. They never make contact with customer. I want my money back. Stay clear of this company. The quality of items received were not good and sizes were not true. Please don't order from them.

Purchased a sweater and sized it per their sizing guide. Sweater was oversized which was never mentioned in their advertisement. In addition, the sewing quality is sub par at best. And the sweater is not exchaneable for the right size. I would never recommend buying from this website. Every time I purchase clothing from social media, which usually comes from China, it's a big disappointment. Same story every time. I have wasted so much $$. No more!

They are a company out of china and will fight with you if you try to refund something, offering only $15 to keep the items instead of returning them for a full refund. Their final comment in the email "Our profitability is very low. Such high percentage of refunds the company requires us to bear half the amount. This job supports my three children, but even so we are willing to provide you with this refund rate to your satisfaction". The refund rate they are offering for the items I dont want is $15, out of the $110 I should be refunded. How is this to my satisfaction?!?

Never got purchase

Returns and Refunds

Anyone actually return and get refunded? Am experiencing all that reviews are stating. Was offered 30% to keep items that I cannot wear, nor would even offer as a gift to someone.Terribly poor material and craftsmenship.

Horrible

Poor quality material not at all similar to the fit online. Buttons not secure on clothing, one fell off and other outfit button would not fasten. Customer service horrible, offered only 20% refund but in order to her that 20% you have to return all $200 worth of items I bought at my cost of over $50. This company sucks

The fabric was cheap quality and so thin you could see all undergarments. Quality of the merchandise was very poor. The size of 2x size chart is a joke. It arrived and would fit a small toddler.

I ordered a cotton blend blue dress and received a synthetic dress that is super short and looks nothing like the dress in the photo. The head opening was so small, I had a hard time getting it over my head. I emailed the company and asked for a refund, and they responded asking for my bust and hip measurements. Why do they need that? I responded asking for return information and I haven't heard back yet. Hopefully, I'll hear back soon.

Pink Laura is a scam! I purchased their PUFF SLEEVE RUFFLE HEM MINI DRESS in dark purple thinking it would be perfect for college football season. I thought it was safe to purchase after watching a video of 2 American women modeling and describing the dress in detail in front of their store. They presented themselves as an all-American, reputable boutique. So I took the bait. 2 months later the dress arrives all the way from China. Not only is it cheaply made but it is defective missing one of the elastic fasteners for the buttons at the back of the neck. After reading their return policy online, I knew I would not have a problem returning it and I emailed them to begin the return. They replied and asked for pictures which I sent. They replied again asking me to keep the dress, they would refund me 10% and I could take the dress to a tailor to have it repaired. And they said it was too costly to ship the dress back to China. I replied with a no and also was offended they would even ask me to repair the dress on my own. 10% would not even cover the cost of the repair. So they replied again offering a 20% discount. At this point I'm done. I realize I've been scammed as they don't honor the return/refund policy that is clearly stated on their website. So I'm stuck with a cheap, defective dress. They are deceptive in their presentation of their business and I highly recommend you not purchase anything from them. You'll regret it just like I did.

Terrible Terrible customer service. Wanted to return the dress I bought because it dint fit right. First, they asked me a gazillion questions and asked me to send all my measurements to them. After back and forth a several times on email, they said they could only refund 10% of the value paid since shipping costs them a lot of money. Aprox. $40.
I mean what?

I ordered a cotton dress that looked like a light, floaty cotton. What arrived was huge, hard itchy fabric. I asked for a return under their return policy. They responded by asking for my measurements! I responded "irrelevant pl send me return address". Then they asked for photographs because perhaps "the factory" made a mistake. A week later i still have no return address and have filed a complaint via Paypal, where they also responded asking for photographs

I order from this website and it's surely a SCAM. Poor quality on all the clothes, hems, seams, and poorly sewn. Nothing is like their web site advertising. Tried exchanging, and they wanted me to paid for and not only that it came out to me more than what I paid for the clothes. So I refuse their offers, I asked for specific color and they send me something else. So please don't order from this website is a SCAM. SCAM!
