I purchased a sweater for my sister-in-law on her wish list, she never got the item. My confirmation said it was coming from China, and it was delivered. But it never made it to her mailbox. I asked for a proof of pictures of delivery and they couldn't give it to me. This is the second item my sister-in-law said she ordered through this company and never received her item. I got her order from wish list. She forgot to remove this company off her wish list. I had no idea they did this to her last time. Due to it being on a wish list. Delivery website looks a little fishy. I believe this company is a scam.

Can't Return Anything

Both the items I ordered fit poorly so I went to the website to see how I could return them. First thing that is shady is you have to send an email to get the return address. Then you go round and round with the customer service person where they ask you to give them your measurements and send pictures of you in the clothing. After you continuously ask for the return address it will cost an additional $40 to ship the items you don't want back. All the while they will offer you 10% back of what you purchased to keep the ill fitting clothing. Something just doesn't seem right.

I love everything this site shows I ordered it after 2 months I got horrible knockoffs to small terrible materials and different styles I w ted this to be real so badly but I got scammed trying to track my order they wanted to charge 9 a month for the site to track it or u couldn't track it stay away save ur $$&

This site will send you a tracking # and it will say the item was delivered but you will never get your order! Do not order from this site. This site should be reported as fraud!

Overall Awful Experience

I came across this site on FB. I unfortunately didn't do my research before I placed my order. I ordered 4 tops all the same size. I've attached a photo, of two shirts that are supposed to be the same size. Clearly the blue one is much smaller than the white one. I tried to return items, $60 to return them. They offered me a 10% discount even though they sent me the wrong size. They then asked for my measurements, implying that I ordered the wrong size! Even though again they're all the same size. Customer service was Terrible. Had I known my items were coming from over seas I would not have ordered. Do your research, and do not use this company is my advice!

I ordered two dresses that came in and looked horrible, cheap. When I tried to return them, I was told that the address that it was mailed from was not their location and that to send them back, it would cost me $35 because it would have to be shipped internationally. Offered me 10% refund in exchange for not returning the dresses. I am not accepting it obviously. Do not buy from this company!

A waste of money!

Don't be fooled. The dress I received is nothing like the one advertised. The material was supposed to be stretch fabric but it is a crunchy plastic (the inside tag is a lie). The quality is very poor. I've requested a refund but looking at other reviews now, and as I'm overseas, I don't expect any satisfaction. A lesson learnt. Don't waste your money on any products on this site.

I ordered 2 items a shirt and an oversized hoodie. First I got no communication on my order so I requested to cancel with no response I disputed with pay pal. PayPal was able to get me shipping info and contact info. Once items were received the hoodie was made of felt and no one would ever wear it! I've been emailing for refund but they want me to pay $40 shipping to return when my order was only $58 and then they will refund me instead they offered a 10% refund and I would get to keep the items. Company is a complete joke and very poor customer service!

Misrepresented!

Do not purchase anything from this site!
Not as shown in the pictures and you can't return.
They try to get you to keep the products for a discount because shipping back is crazy money.
They do respond but not with a solution that the customer is happy getting. The products are not what you see!

Do not buy off this website they are a scam, reporting to the ACCC FAIR TRADING AND OMBUDSMAN if your in Australia. I encourage everyone to notify Boarder Force, All Government bodies to stop this company selling fake materials. So many complaints are everywhere. Complaints to FB, Instagram, Twitter, all forms of media. Speak up take NO for a answer get your refunds. Use legal actions, spread the word.

I ordered 2 dresses, they arrived and were quite nice. I decided to order more dresses and now my order has 'disappeared'. It's no longer showing on their 'tracking system' but they were quick to take my money.
Don't order anything - total scammer site.

Scam!

Do not order from this company! They did not deliver my package and now refuse to provide a refund. At least 20 emails back and forth and they keep saying they will reship or I can choose another item. They refuse to acknowledge my request for a refund. Such a scam!

Worst Customer Service EVER - BUYER BEWARE!

They claim that they will allow returns/refunds but you must request the return address from customer service and return within 15 days. Customer Service will not provide the return address to send the items back so you are stuck with the items you have no intention on ever wearing. Items do not resemble the pictures online and are not as expected.

Still waiting

I kept seeing special deal videos for a cute shirt type of dress/romper. It seemed like a small online business boutique.
It's partly my fault for not checking reviews before placing order. It's been 3 weeks. I can't track the package because it's in a foreign language. I email customer service. My response was that they would be on vacation from Sept 29th to Oct 6th. Then I received another email at around 230 am stating that they can't find my order based upon my name or email. Thank goodness I screenshot my order confirmation. I sent that file and now I'm waiting to hear a response back.
It may have seemed like a great deal, but so not worth the runaround. Starting to feel like just another scam.
So if Pinklaurel really is a legit online boutique, you need to find another route to secure your customers orders. Also, another form of customer service that you handle directly. This is all overseas countries that I'm dealing with.
I wish someone would open a real mom n pop shop that they actually make there own item. Reselling is almost to a point for me taboo. Our country needs to regain our heritage. Stop relying on other countries for your resources.

Quality is terrible along with the service. They also don't do returns. They offer you 10% back or you have to pay $20 to ship items back. It's so sad it's a scam. Do not buy!
