Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Never responds to emails. Their international shipping is beyond expensive; you're usually paying more for the shipping than the actual product. I realise shipping items across the world can be costly, however I've joined many other sites where international shipping is below $10, and FREE. Pinkice seems to just want more money out of us. Even if you buy a pair of shorts for $10, the price of shipping is still $41. It's just ridiculous. I could buy 3-4 pairs of shorts for $41 dollars and get free postage at many other sites—Boohoo. Com, for example.

I've ordered a few times from this site. I do find that their sizes run a little smaller. I'm usually a SMALL, but when I order from here I order a MEDIUM because or else it'll be super tight. But I love how trendy they are! And amazing prices for the quality. I also love their boot collection. But my favorite is their "basic tops" section. I get tons of undershirts and cami's from there. Good quality, great price, but shipping take a little longer than most online stores. Still like this place though. :)

The returns process is very frustrating and difficult. If you return via usps it may take several delivery attempts for them to receive your package because they are not always available during so called business hours. If usps leaves them a notice they will ignore it and you have to make sure you request that USPS keeps redelivering it, otherwise you return might be returned back to you and you'll have to pay to return it again or keep it, such a pain!

I saw a few items I liked so I signed up for emails and news letters from the site for a 15% off discount, I hadn't received my promo code for the discount even after 2 days of signing up, so I called and the customer services gal was able to resend me a code to a different email address.
I placed my order, and about 3 hours later I got an email with a tracking number, my order has been sent.
Shopping on this site has been great, can't wait to get my clothes.

I havent recieved my item yet that ive purchased. And their hasnt been any emails from them yet. (BEWARE). Its been 8 days straight. And i feel like this is bullcrap.
