I have used Pink Boutique many times and been very pleased every time with the products I have ordered! Today I couldn't get into my account to track my order and emailed I couldn't believe how fast Sarah one of the girls had replied she was very helpful overall a great customer service! Absolutely love their clothes! I had an event coming up and had no idea what to wear that would make me feel comfortable. One of the lonely ladies from PB (Anna) helped me choose a dress and I felt like a princess! Thank you so much!

Ordered a few times from pink boutique and have always been happy with my order and the quality of the clothes!
However today I had to speak to customer service about an item that was a little faulty- a small bit of loose stitching on dress. I contacted pink boutique through Facebook messenger and was shocked at how fast I received a reply. I explained the problem, and sent pictures and they advised me on what to do next to get a new dress delivered tomorrow! Lucy was the lady that helped me and she did a great job. Thank you very much

Used this website for clothes a few times now and have loved every item I've ordered. One recent item turned up slightly damaged but a replacement was sent out and received the very next day. Cannot fault the service or the products. Would reccomend to everyone. Messages responded to almost instantly and even standard delivery turns up quickly. Lucy was particularly helpful :)

Seen a dress in a FB advert couldn't find it online messaged direct got prompt and friendly response. Ordered dress arrived next day and I love it amazing quality and great value for money and very true to size. First time using pink boutique but certainly not my last would highly recommend x

I have never had a problem with pink boutique, clothes are amazing quality, delivery is fast! And even when I did have a slight issue it wasn't the companies fault but the lady who helped me (Sarah) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me and the issue was sorted.

WORST COMPANY EVER!
COMPLETE LIARS they say they will refund you but DONT.
Avoid at all costs!-their items are FAULTY and POOR QUALITY. Lucy has made it certain I would NEVER spend another penny here again.
